Cold mushroom soup

Ingredients

Dried mushrooms handful
Meat products 150 g
Boiled egg 1 PC.
Sour cream 100 g
Fresh cucumbers 1-2 pcs.
Green onions, parsley, dill 1 bundle
Salt, pepper, sugar taste

Cooking method

  • Break the dried mushrooms smaller and soak in 1.5 liters of water for several hours, boil in the same water, cool (or cut the already boiled mushrooms into strips and return to the broth). Cut the meat products into cubes, coarsely grate the cucumbers, the egg in an egg cutter. Grind the onion and parsley with salt until juiced. Mix everything, pour mushroom broth with mushrooms, add sour cream, finely chopped dill, sugar and pepper, add salt. Refrigerate.
