Ingredients

beet 2 pcs
cucumber 3 pcs
radish 200 g
young potatoes 4-5 pcs
dill 1 bunch
green onion 1 bunch
kefir 2.5 fat 0,5 l
salt pepper 1 tsp
sour cream 250 g
chicken egg 3 pcs

Cooking method

  • Lithuanian okroshka. First of all, we need beets. I do not like to cook it, it takes a long time. Therefore, wrap in plastic wrap and bake in the microwave for 8 minutes. As it cools, grate.
  • Cut all products into small cubes or large strips, as you like. Except potatoes!

  • Now we are preparing the dressing. Put beets in a saucepan, pour in kefir, put sour cream and our egg-vegetable mixture.
  • Stir, add salt and serve with hot boiled potatoes. in Lithuania they eat a bite with him.
