Ingredients

Mushrooms (fresh or sterilized) 250 g
Potatoes 500 g (3 pieces of medium size)
Eggs 2 pcs
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • 1. Peel raw potatoes, rub on a coarse grater, salt and pepper, leave for 5 minutes.
  • 2. It is advisable to take mushrooms champignons, but I think that any will do. I have sterilized champignons. So, finely chop the mushrooms.
  • 3. Squeeze potatoes, mix with mushrooms and eggs. Place in a preheated frying pan. I cooked on a pancake maker - it turns out to use much less oil and the pancakes are not so greasy. Fry on both sides and serve with sour cream and herbs or any other suitable sauce.

Note

The fritters are quite light. You could add a couple of tablespoons of flour. But this is according to the mood. I liked it in this form.
