Apricot clafoutis

Ingredients

Apricots 400 g
Eggs 3 pieces
Sugar 100 g
Flour 80 g
Milk 80 ml
Butter 50 g + a little for mold release
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Wash the apricots and remove the pits. Cut the apricots (if the apricots are ripe - enough into 4 parts, if the apricots are tough - smaller is better). Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle sugar on the bottom and sides of the form. Transfer the apricots to the prepared mold. Combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar in a bowl until smooth. Add wheat flour and milk to the dough, mix. Lastly, add melted butter to the dough. Pour the dough over the apricots.
  • Apricot clafoutis
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool in shape.
  • You can sprinkle the finished clafoutis with powdered sugar, or you can put some ice cream on a piece of clafoutis. The taste is extraordinary!
  • I like the clafoutis, slightly warm and with cold ice cream. Delicate, slightly moist, with a slight apricot sourness - delicious!
