Ingredients

Dough
Wheat flour 350 g
Cold water 1/2 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp
Margarine diced 350 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Lubricating egg
Filling
Butter at room temperature 60 g
Sugar 1/3 Art.
Ground peeled walnut 1 tbsp.
Egg 1 PC.
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough and roll out 2 circles -
  • Pour the filling on one circle, cover with the second.
  • Make cuts along the surface of the cake in the form of a picture (see photo)
  • These cuts will make it easier to cut the pie, as the shortbread dough is crispy and brittle.
  • Brush with an egg and bake until golden brown and tender.
