Cooking method

  • Dough:

  • Fill:
  • Melt margarine. Beat eggs and sugar, add flour. Then cottage cheese and warm margarine.
  • Carefully pour the filling onto the dough in an even layer.
  • Fruits:
  • Let the juice drain well. Put the fruits on the filling.
  • We send the cake to the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 °.
  • Jelly:
  • 1 package of RED cake jelly (for 250 ml each package)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 250 ml fruit syrup (if less, add water)
  • We dilute the syrup with sugar and add the jelly powder there, stir with a whisk and begin, stirring, to heat. Usually, when diluted in cold water, jelly has a cloudy pink color, slowly heating it, but not bringing it to a boil, we get a transparent bright red color, remove it from heat and let it stand for a couple of minutes, pour over the cake, I distribute it with a tablespoon.

It doesn't matter how you beat the eggs, as long as the sugar melts. I beat with a mixer.

I always use cottage cheese that is pasty, of a uniform consistency (but not liquid).

The pouring in my pie is more noticeable, since the curd is homogeneous. I assure you that I used the indicated number of ingredients.
