Lavender ice cream

Ingredients

lavender flowers (dried or fresh) 2 tbsp. l
coconut milk 1 cup
honey 2-3 st. l
cream 33-35% 2 cups

Cooking method

  • In a saucepan, heat milk and lavender flowers to a boil (do not boil!), Add honey, stir.
  • Remove from heat, cover and let it brew for about 1 hour.
  • Strain the mixture and refrigerate until completely cooled.
  • Whip the cream, add to the chilled mixture and stir.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the instructions.
  • Lavender ice cream

Note

The amount of lavender flowers can be reduced to 1 tablespoon.
