Cherry ice cream with condensed and coconut milk

Ingredients

Pitted cherries 250 g
Condensed milk 250 g
Coconut milk 400 ml
Cherry liqueur 50 ml

Cooking method

  • Preparation
  • - Free the fresh cherries from the pits, thaw frozen on a sieve to drain the juice. Fill the cherry with liqueur and let stand for at least an hour.
  • - Then discard the cherries, and evaporate the released juice with liquor.
  • - Mix condensed milk and coconut milk, add the evaporated infusion.
  • - Freeze in an ice cream machine as directed or simply in a container, stirring occasionally with a whisk as it freezes.
  • - Before sending the ice cream to the freezer after the machine or during its last kneading when freezing in the freezer, add the berries laid out in a colander, evenly distributing them throughout the mixture.

Note

The result is a low-fat ice cream with a bright cherry flavor.

Yes, of course, Natusik, everything is good that is in demand in the family! Probably, blood from under the cow, and not our powder? If we had good milk, I would not go out like that ...
