Ingredients

Pears 1 pc. for poricia
Cream taste
red wine, preferably dessert 0,5 l
sugar, zest, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the pears, place in a saucepan, pour wine, add spices and sugar, cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat. If the pears are not completely covered with wine, then they must be carefully turned in the process so that they are evenly colored.
  • Put a pear on a plate, serve with an ice cream (I made according to the recipe for the Kenuvud ice cream)
  • Options:
  • when there are few pears and a lot of guests, I cut it into halves, choose the middle and bake it under wine (I boil spices in it beforehand) in the oven until the wine evaporates
  • Pears in wine
  • sometimes pour melted chocolate (melt culinary dark chocolate with cream 1: 1)
