Aromatic rice with carrots for garnish (Oursson 5010 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

rice (basmati, jasmine) 2 m. St
water 4 m. St
medium carrots 1-2 pcs
a clove of garlic 2-3 pcs
paprika 0.5 tsp
favorite herbs (I have oregano)
grows oils 2-3 st. l.
salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Switch on the pressure cooker in BAKE mode. Pour oil on the bottom of the pan, put cloves of garlic (I just crushed it with a knife, but you can also chop it)
  • Add the carrots, grated on a coarse grater, cook, 3-5 minutes, so that the carrots are only slightly fried. Then add rice here, mix so that each rice is soaked in oil.
  • Disable Baking mode.
  • Pour in water, salt, stir, turn on the "RIS" mode

Note

I often cook this kind of rice, they just don’t like nothing. And so it turns out a very tasty, aromatic and beautiful side dish.
I used to cook in my old Panasonic
I put the water as it is written in the 1: 2 package, and the book also contains such recommendations. Next time I'll try to reduce the amount of water, I want more crumbly

I don’t really like jasmine, to be honest, but if I cook it, then I take a little less than 1/1 of water, then it turns out well, it’s not sticky and the rice is not soft, I like to feel the core in the rice ... well, I don’t know how to explain that would be soft, but hard

Tanyulya, I usually cook basmati. jasmine is very rare.
1: 1 didn't risk something. next time I'll try to take 2 tbsp 3st water. Let's see how it goes
