Ingredients

green onion 1 bundle
cilantro 1 bundle
brine

sugar 1 st. l
ground coriander 0.5 tsp
lemon acid taste
garlic 3-4 cloves

Cooking method

  • So spring has come, which means that a wonderful radish with green and juicy tops has appeared on the market. Throwing away such beauty, I have always felt sorry for.   • I wash the radishes well, if the tops are not very vigorous, then fill them with cold water and let them stand for a while (usually the leaves after this procedure gain strength and beauty).
  • Well, in our hands we have juicy tops, we cut them by 5 cm. The same size should be cut green onions and cilantro. The radish itself is into 4 parts. Cut the cucumber into cubes 5 cm long and 1 cm thick. Tomato into 8 slices. We put everything in a cup of a suitable size and mix. Don't forget about garlic.
  • The brine can be prepared in advance. In half a liter of boiling water, dilute 1 tbsp. l. salt, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, coriander and chili. I add citric acid to keep the brine slightly sour. Let cool and pour our green mixture into a cup. We cover with a plate to size and forget for a day. After the specified time has elapsed, mix everything again and try, someone will add salt, someone sugar, and the most heroic ones - chili.
  • So that is all. You can eat. But it's better to put it in the refrigerator and start using it the next day.

Note

When we mix everything and fill with brine, it may seem that there is not enough liquid. But! Calm and only calm! All moisture from the greenery will go into the brine
