Nastya, I remove the zest with a zest knife (such a knife with holes-circles, you lead it from top to bottom on a lemon and such long narrow neat stripes are removed). I squeeze out the juice on a manual juicer (Tupper's "Povarenka" is very convenient for me). And I beat the butter with a HAND mixer, I don't use a blender. With a hand mixer, he whips the butter into a fluffy mass.
