Ingredients

sugar 140 g
flour 220 g
baking powder 1/2 tsp
vanilla sugar 1 pack (8 g)

Great recipe! I made for tiramisu from 2 eggs, half of the cookies went to a white-big cake, and half was left to just crunch. Baked at 175 degrees for 15 minutes, it turned out tanned and pleasantly crispy. I have not tried store-bought savoyards, and now I will not try. Tell me, should the cookies be crispy but not tough?
