Ingredients

Flour 1.5 stack.
Sugar 1 stack.
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
Milk 1 stack.
Egg 1 PC
Melted butter 1 tbsp. l
Soda 0.5 tsp
Cream
Fat sour cream 1.5 stack.
Sugar 1 stack.

Cooking method

  • Glass 250 ml.
  • Mix flour, sugar and cocoa.
  • In another bowl, combine milk, egg and butter (this time I added not butter, but corn - the taste has not changed).
  • Combine the two mixtures, stir well and add soda, slaked with vinegar.
  • The dough will turn out like for pancakes. Oven on the stove in a skillet. I have a usual frying pan - Teflon, 22 cm. I poured 3 full st. spoons. Bake on both sides, covered over low heat. Lightly grease the frying pan with vegetable oil.
  • It turned out 7 cakes. This is how they look:

  • Cool the cakes in a pile and coat with your favorite cream. The recipe contains sour cream + sugar, you can use butter + condensed milk.

  • Top with chocolate icing or just sprinkle with grated chocolate (which I did).

  • This recipe is from Mom’s old, old notebook. Why it is called "Prague" I don't know. So it was written.

I didn't come up with the name. And in those years (it was a very long time ago), when my mother copied this recipe from somewhere, there were still few names, like the cakes themselves. And since there is cocoa in the recipe, it means "Prague".

Walk, about 3-5 minutes, but when you open the lid, you will immediately see when you need to turn it over - the cakes are baked just like pancakes.

Irina, thanks for the recipe. I did it this morning, and we ate it in the evening. Delicious. Only I had a different cream. I brewed a Creamy Caramel Impregnation from Huskywhile it was still liquid, I soaked the cakes a little with it, and then when it thickened and became a layer, I smeared each cake and sprinkled with fried walnuts. I was afraid that it would not be saturated until the evening, but everything turned out great.

My frying pan is smaller in diameter, the pancakes on it turned out to be small, but thick, so I laid them on the dish with an overlap in a circle and smeared with cream, it turned out to be a slide.I whipped the cream out of butter and thick semolina and added half a lemon, chopped with a blender, along with the skin, and I had to go, the sourness is so good.
So fast, easy, interesting! My husband liked it too. He did not let him soak, he began to chomp immediately. Of course, the cake will be even tastier tomorrow.
