Teddy Bear Cake

Ingredients

Dough:
Sugar 200 g
Sour cream 250 g
Soda 1 tsp
Vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. l.
Flour in. from. 480 g
Cocoa powder 1.5 tbsp. l.
Cream:
Sour cream 25% 700 g
Sugar 300 g
vanilla sugar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Who does not know a cake called "Bear" or "Bear in the North", there are probably few of them ...
  • But, as it turned out, we did not have it on the forum. The cake is delicious and easy to prepare.
  • Dough:
  • Lightly beat the sour cream with sugar, quench the soda with vinegar.
  • Pour in flour, knead soft dough, it sticks slightly to your hands.
  • Divide into two equal parts, pour cocoa into one, knead.
  • Roll out 3 identical cakes with a diameter of 24cm from each part.
  • Roll it out on parchment by drawing a circle. When rolling out the dough, cover it with cling film, it is so convenient to roll it out and there is no need to add excess flour.
  • Bake in the oven at 200 degrees. 10 min.
  • We immediately trim the finished cakes to size.
  • Cream:
  • Beat the sour cream with sugar.
  • Teddy Bear Cake
  • Assembly:
  • We generously spread the cakes with cream, you can sprinkle each layer of cream with chopped nuts (I sprinkled with walnuts). We leave for a couple of hours at room temperature, then put in the refrigerator.
  • And in the morning your cake is ready, help yourself
