Chicken with rice in Spanish (Multicooker Brand 37501)

Ingredients

chicken (I have fillet) 500 gr.
bulb 1 PC.
rice 1 glass (regular 250 ml.)
Bay leaf 1 PC.
tomatoes (I have frozen) 3 pcs.
paprika 1 tsp
garlic 1 clove
olive oil 2 tbsp. l
black pepper taste
pitted olives 0.5 cups
Sweet pepper 1 PC.
Chicken broth (or water) 1.5-2 cups

Cooking method

  • Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the pepper into strips. Cut the chicken into pieces. Pour 2 tables into a multicooker saucepan. tablespoons of olive oil. Switch on the "Extinguishing" program (I don't close the lid) Put onion, fry until golden brown. Add chicken and pepper to the onion, garlic squeezed out in a garlic press, fry. Add rice, chopped tomatoes, simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour in 1.5-2 cups of water (depending on your rice, my rice is prepared from 1 cup of water-1 cup of rice). Pepper, add paprika, bay leaf. Add olives (I cooked without them this time). Disable the "Extinguishing" program. Switch on the "Rice" program. Wait until the multicooker calls you :) Bon appetit!
