My changes are recipe simplifications. The chocolate-butter mixture was not boiled (firstly, I did not make the icing, there was no need, and secondly, I was afraid to tighten the dough). So, slightly warmed up and that's it.
Beat eggs whole (and not separately whites and yolks). I whisk separately only for the classic biscuit and for the "angel food", for the rest of the recipes entirely.
Then, in addition to the flour in the recipe, I added a little more, relative to the mixture, which I did not pour for the glaze. Focused on the consistency of the dough: it should be hard to fall off the spoon. I also added 1 teaspoon of instant coffee and grated mini-chocolate to the dough.
I checked the readiness with a wooden skewer.
