Tell me, who knows - while looking for a frying pan for steaks, I came across some Stoneline pans with a stone coating. The description and appearance seems to be good, but the price is high. Maybe someone used these? Or do you know what kind of stone covering is?
I looked after this one, size 35 * 24, height 5.5 cm, volume 4 liters:

Is there really not a single soul on the whole forum from those who have been using them for a long time?

Here's what caught my eye:
"Stone", "ceramic", "glass-ceramic", etc. coating is now offered by almost all manufacturers of kitchen utensils. Reviews about them are quite contradictory, since consumer expectations exceed the characteristics of the product. All tests that I have met are clearly purchased. Personal experience is too limited.
And the cooks believe that it is still impossible to fry a steak at home normally - you need a professional stove or special. bake. This issue was actively discussed, it's a pity the topic was demolished.
