I almost stopped using this stove. Probably played enough. And once again I was convinced that I have a very good oven. Now I prefer to make baked goods in the oven. Only durovka is in Princesk.
Ipatiya
gala10, thanks for the compliments!
Natalishka, with your pictures you even kindle interest in the stove. And I agree with your arguments regarding baking.

Electric miracle stoves "Prumel"Pie on kefir "Pyshka".
(Trishka)

All!!! I rehabilitated the stove, I will use it often.
Mirabel
Galina, Well!
And for the Miracle of the stove, reduce the ingredients by 2 times?
gala10
Vika, no, I did everything exactly according to the recipe, only the filling is not jam, but fresh blueberries.
Mirabel
All clear! I will do the same.

Heat ... What kind of oven is this?
So I, for the same reason, decided to start baking in it. updated so to speak. everything was a pity. Shines. new .. Mom was in June, there was also a heat of +30, baked bread rolls, chicken with zucchini only in the miracle oven .. We generally used it all the time, and mom always does something in it .. Convenient. Well, here, in the sequel, so to speak .. I even like rolls from the miracle oven more than from the oven ...
Ne_lipa
Girls, I'm here to you with a question. I got an ad popped up here for the sale of a miracle of a Soviet stove in excellent condition, the price of the issue is $ 30, I don’t know I need it, I don’t need to have an electric oven, MV, pizzepechki GF and Ferrari ... What is such a miracle this stove ?? ?
Creamy
Ne_lipa, Victoria, if porcelain bells are not rattling in the lid of the electric frying pan, then you need it. Allows to bake tall pies with filling quickly in time and economically in terms of energy consumption.
Ne_lipa
Alevtina, what kind of bells?
Creamy
Ne_lipa, Victoria, in old models Miracle in the lid a heating element (wire) is placed in such porcelain beads with a bell, these bells become fragile with age and scatter inside the lid, strum. Or maybe there are not bells in your stove, but ten, this is much better.

This topic has been around for almost 3 years, so I want to ask the owners of "Prumel" a few questions. Have your stoves disappoint you? Have there been any breakdowns? Do you use them regularly or have you played enough? If you had to make a buying decision now, would you buy it? If so, would you take with two heaters or do one? At one time this topic passed me by, but now I have read a lot and ... (well, you know) Soon the New Year, I think, can make a gift for myself, my beloved?
gala10
Galina, I answer point by point.
Quote: Jackdaw Crow
Have your stoves disappoint you?
No, I didn’t disappoint.
Quote: Jackdaw Crow
Have there been any breakdowns?
No, it didn't happen.
Quote: Jackdaw Crow
Do you use them regularly or have you played enough?
I rarely use it, because there are too many other devices that I also need to walk. But no, I haven't played enough. I am very pleased that I have this stove.
Quote: Jackdaw Crow
If you had to make a buying decision now, would you buy it?
Yes, I would.
Quote: Jackdaw Crow
If so, would you take with two heaters or do one?
Definitely two. You don't have to include both at once.

You don't have to include both at once.
And in what cases is it better not to include both? Is something burning? And is there enough power for one top ten?
gala10
No, nothing burns. And I haven't had to turn one of them off yet. But purely theoretically it is possible.

I will answer those who have not yet bought such a stove, as well as those who were interested in the upper and lower heating elements. My pastries in Prumel are a little overcooked on the bottom. I don't like this at all. In the oven (electric Bosch) it is regulated more and more precisely: it will definitely not fry from below, I mean buns and muffins. My bread in Prumel, if it comes into contact with the side wall of the bowl, is also too fried on the side where it is adjacent to the wall.

I tried to turn off the lower ten. It turns out longer in time, the buns are 30 minutes from a cold state, and then all the same for 5 minutes at least you need to turn on the bottom, otherwise everything is white. It seems that the bottom is more powerful than required. It is interesting how the stove behaves only with the upper heating element. I definitely don't have one top.

I can't say that the quality of baked goods is radically better, or I just haven't learned yet. Or I have a not very good version of the stove. In the oven, the buns are ready in the same 20 minutes, but there is a whole baking sheet of them, and here - just a frying pan, in fact. It's the same with a cupcake, and with pies - my size is too small for my family. She also baked the biscuits in parallel both in Prumel and in the oven (because there are a lot of people) - about the same in time and taste, but those from Prumel are softer in the morning (and the same with pits, by the way).

When you cook meat and potatoes, there are no complaints. Very, very tasty, juicy and breathtakingly unreal. For such a dish, the power of the bottom is just, nothing is burnt, but everything is cooked.

Therefore, I cannot say unequivocally that this device is absolutely necessary and useful to everyone. So far, he successfully performs the functions of a second oven (while there is meat in the oven, in Prumel - a cupcake, or two cupcakes at the same time, etc.). In this capacity, it suits me very much. Wouldn't overcook the bottom, in general it would be ideal.

I hope this information will be useful to someone. If I can find a way to cope with an overly playful lower heating element, then I will definitely write.

Yes, you have described well the pros and cons of the stove for different dishes! I already wanted to buy Prumel, since people do not praise modern Miracle ovens for the quality of workmanship, but then on Avito I found a never-used Miracle oven 1984 at 630W produced by Chernivtsi. Meat dishes and charlotte muffins turn out fine (after a short workout), but the buns from the rich yeast dough turned out badly, and this is where the bottom heating is not enough! Well, okay, I'll make baked goods in the oven. And I'll leave Prumel in Wishlist for now!
auntyirisha
Chelyabinka, Anna, I put a circle for the cake from the set when baking, since I myself do not eat burnt. It turns out better.
Skazi
Girls, tell me, did someone cook in Prumel in ceramic dishes?
Suddenly, there was a shortage of metal molds of the required diameter.
Anastasenok
Skazi, I cooked in Miracle. Long into eternity, the whole idea. It takes a very long time for both glass and ceramics to warm up
Skazi
Anastasenok, Thank you! So we will look for metal ones.

I am making an amendment to the topic about the Prumel stove! Bottom Overcooking Ten Defeated! The algorithm is now as follows: I turn on both heating elements, after 20 minutes I cut the bottom one exactly. All.Everything bakes beautifully, rises wonderfully, does not fry at all from below.
Using such a system, "Negro" was baked with currant jam, rolls, curd cakes - in general, everything. The total cooking time increases to about 40 minutes, but the bottom is as it should be.
I really like that it turns out soft, not overdried pastries. Children are incredibly happy with their mother's new hobby)).

To be fair, I'll write that I also bought the Miracle M with adjustable power from my hands. I took it to the dacha, after Prumel, because I didn't want to take my Polish stove to the garden. So now I love and use both! They really bake differently, but both are good!
Svetlenki
Tell me, please, did anyone try to bake rye breads like Borodinsky and Karelsky in Prumel?
ptashka
I'll raise the old topic with a question

Is it worth buying Prumel for little money now?

My oven is covered, there are multi 2 there are Redmond 03 and Dex 60.

Yes, Dex does not bake well, only a biscuit is possible in it, and the rest of everything gets wet from condensation from the lid, if the dough is wet with kefir or milk ...
Redmond is new, he is small and bakes nothing, but still my daughter doesn't really eat multi baked goods. And rolls or pizza - you can't make the love of all young people in them. AG and other similar devices are not. I look at the delongues, but the price! I can't now, my priority is dental treatment, of course it's a lot of money.

The ambush is now with baked goods.
The oven fell out of my life for a long time, since it is electric and built-in and does not keep the temperature at all, everything is on or completely turned off in the middle of the process.
And it makes no sense to repair, the technique is from 2008, and besides, cooking the sum is coming off, also glass ceramics, one comfort of that, it warms, then it does not turn off and fumes.
there it is necessary to change the top. I want to buy a good one, but this is all the money, I need to collect the sum, and convince my husband why I am taking something so expensive.

I would not have bothered if closer to autumn I had not planned one more eater - a young man of my daughter.
And men, you understand, need to be fed not like us, but when there are buns and pies in stock, it seems that they are not hungry ..

The question is as follows
1 is it necessary or not? (found in one place, very cheap)
2 there is a design for a double wire, the top and bottom are heated, but the wire is single (!)
That is, there is a stand with an entrance, there is a lid and a native cord, like, signed by Prumel, but it is 1 !. She was almost never used by the girl that sells can not answer my questions, because she does not know, she can only make pictures in more detail.

What do you advise?

Single wire, but with a branch to the top and bottom. Like this:

Jeanne, happy shopping. I am very pleased with my Prumel.

No, it’s not like that. There is just a single! I'll try to add a photo here, it's on my mobile phone in the gallery. I don't know how to insert from it

Galina, here is the cord
and from the bottom left like the second socket

and if it only heats the top, like a miracle of Soviet stoves, does it make sense to take it?
I found another one, like yours, only 2 is much more expensive.
