And our family liked them so much that I decided to serve them hot on my husband's birthday, giving them a little festive look. I called them "festive pancakes".

And one old woman taught me how to add yeast to this potato dough - how lush they are then !!!! And they are fried for one or two. But I'm not fond of this method, so there will be enough extra pounds.
I have an unknown variety of potatoes. Yellow and white. But these are Belarusian potatoes. No matter how much I have been in Russia and Crimea, everything is completely different there.
