  • Teftedes:
  • Prepare minced meat from these ingredients, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Form minced meat into teftedes the size of a large walnut, roll in flour and fry for 7-8 minutes, constantly turning, in well-heated oil. Place on a paper towel to remove excess fat. You can bake in the oven by placing the teftedes on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

  • Spinach with rice (shpanocorizo):
  • Mash the chopped spinach with your hands.
  • In a deep saucepan, simmer the garlic and green onions until soft, add spinach, simmer constantly stirring for 3-4 minutes, add rice and broth, remove the heat and simmer over low heat until the rice is tender and the liquid evaporates completely.

I have a question right away

And what is on the plate next to the meatballs? Round

lesik_l , sorry to interfere. I think these are olives, and not pickled, but salted.

Oh, exactly. And I didn’t look. Thank you. I misrepresented this to myself.

By the way, such small meatballs are very convenient to form with an ice cream spoon. Fast and all the same turns out
natapit
lesik_l of course teftedes, I edited! only these are not meatballs, but small cutlets and you should not mold them with a spoon, they are molded like cutlets, the minced meat needs to be compacted!
