Ingredients

potatoes 6 pcs
egg 1 PC
garlic 1 clove
salt 0.5 tsp
seasoning for potatoes 0.3 tsp
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Grate potatoes with medium holes.
  • Remove excess liquid.
  • Add egg, salt, spices and chopped garlic.
  • Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add oil and bake pancakes.
  • Choose your favorite sauce and bon appetit!
  • The pancakes should be eaten hot, then they are crunchy and incredibly tasty!
