Cooking method

DOUGH
1. Knead the yeast dough. I cooked in a bread maker. I poured all the ingredients - 20 minutes of kneading, an hour 10 minutes - proofing.

1. Mix the softened butter, flour, sugar, egg (beat, put half on the filling), zest.
2. Three the resulting mass on a coarse grater or knead with your fingers to ball the crumb.

FILLING
1. Fill the poppy with boiling water and boil for 5-7 minutes. We put it in a colander so that the liquid runs out.

1. Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll out circles with a diameter of 10 cm (you can knead it with your hands).
2. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet. Put filling on each circle, then streusel. I used Streisel about 3/4. It could have been poured and thicker, but it seemed to me it would be tastier.

Excellent thalers (thaler is a large old coin, tEler is a plate)! Pts. it is important for the streusel to use cold sl. freeze butter and finished crumbs in the freezer a little! Then the streusel will turn out to be mega crispy and crumbly! The recipe is just wonderful!
