Buns look very appetizing. Now I'm going to put the dough. I just think: 150 degrees. - not enough? Well, if you baked, then everything worked out. I'm going to try now. Just yesterday I made cherry jam and add it to buns.

150 degrees is from the author, I don't remember baking anymore, I usually follow the recommendations. But you still need to adapt to your oven. They, the ovens, still bake everything differently. I was also going to make them again, so I remembered the recipe

Thanks for the quick response.

The dough stood for 2 hours. It was sticky (I wanted to add oil, but decided to do everything according to the recipe), but airy. I took pressed yeast - 15 grams. Increased the temperature during baking: first 160 degrees. set, then 180 in 20 minutes. I baked for 30 minutes. I really liked the buns and the whole family thanks for the wonderful recipe. -202234887.html]Bavarian buns (Dampfnudeln) I don’t know what they will be the next day, but I don’t think I will have to find out: something they imperceptibly disappear from the plate.

I have had a recipe with the exact same name in my bookmarks for a hundred years (who cares, here it is: 🔗), but there the meaning is completely different, therea ety dampfnudeland like dumplings ...

Inn, I also often see recipes with the same name, but the meaning is different .. and, specifically, a big difference. Perhaps a translation, or perhaps they have some names because of some peculiarities inside the country)))

and this recipe is from some old book on Bavarian cuisine ..
if you bake, do not forget to say your opinion!
