Ingredients

Potatoes 500 g
Processed cheese 125 g
Plant oil (preferably olive oil) 1 tbsp. l.
Cream from 10% 2-3 st. l.
Sterilized milk 1/2 tbsp.
Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Potatoes, better round and small, peel and cut across not to the end,

  • We put the scorch on the bottom, having previously greased it with oil, add it on top and smear it with oil. We put on baking for 30 minutes with the valve open.
  • Cooking the sauce.
  • Crumble the processed cheese, add vegetable oil (preferably olive oil), cream - I had 33% petmol, milk, grind well, preferably with a blender, until smooth. Warm the mixture slightly, add lemon juice and pepper.
  • Pour potatoes with this mixture.
  • This sauce is a real alternative to purchased mayonnaise!
