Ingredients

Cabbage, the younger the better, but I have a hybrid with a hedgehog 2.2 kg
Carrot 3 medium
Beet 1 more than average
Salt 9 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 glass
Vinegar 9% 1 glass
Sugar (depends on the sweetness of the carrots) 1 glass
Water 3 glasses
Ground spices: coriander, black pepper, allspice, chili, cumin. 1 tablespoon mixture
Garlic 1 large head

Cooking method

  • Vegetable cabbage rolls
  • I rub carrots and beets on a special grater.
  • I put it in a bowl and crush it lightly so that the mass starts up the juice. I crush half of the garlic and put it on the mass. Sprinkle 4 tsp salt on top, 1 heaped tablespoon of sugar and half the norm of spices. Heat 0.5 cups of vegetable oil and pour into a bowl. Stir and press down with a weight lid. Set aside.

  • Cut the cabbage deep near the stalk. Put in a bag and at 800 power, scroll in the microwave for about 10-15 minutes. Checking for softness periodically. My MV is junk, so I won't tell the exact time. Disassemble into leaves.

Great recipe ,girls cook! All of mine liked it, but for my taste it was very sweet (maybe the beets were sweet themselves). So try: to whom to subtract garlic, to whom to add vinegar. Do some magic!
