  • I use only ripe and ground vegetables for this recipe, they are more tasty and durable for laying, do not creep after fermentation, and are well stored ready-made.

  • Then everything is also very simple.
  • Put the vegetable dressing on the boiled cabbage leaves, 3-4 slices of raw tomato on top, and fold everything into cabbage rolls. On top we wrap the cabbage roll with a celery branch.

  • This structure will also stand for three days and three nights. The geysers in the pot will start working for 2-3 days.
  • When the brine becomes cloudy, take out the cabbage rolls for a sample, or you are ready - or you need to wait some more time. I had 3 full days.
  • And these are vegetables that were lying at the bottom and salted. Apples taste like pickled apples. Pumpkin is not recognizable by its taste at all - but delicious.
