Bread maker Garlyn Home BR-1000 - reviews and discussion

Hello dear ladies and gentlemen!

Recently I turned to an online store with a desire to buy a Panasonic bread maker, but the consultant very much began to discourage me from buying and offer, downright impose GARLYN Home BR-1000singing in full about her wonderful qualities. They say, and all of it is made of stainless steel, a bucket with a special coating and it will not be demolished for 5-7 years.

I would like to know if any of you have met this bread maker and if so, what is your opinion on her account. On the Internet, there is information about her only on a few sites, and the cat cried out for reviews.

The consultant is financially interested in the bonus and rebate, believe it or not, the question of religion is not in my competence.
According to Panasonic here Panasonic: I want to join the ranks, but I doubt it ...

Good evening. I did not use it myself, but I'm considering it. Our neighbors in the country have such an oven, they often bake and knead the dough, they generally praise, I have not heard anything bad
Gleb
Nerai, we have such a bread maker. Usually we make a 500-750 gram loaf, with such a load it bakes well, we haven't tried it per kg, we have a lot). In my opinion, the oven is not bad, no flaws were found, however, there is nothing to compare with. When choosing, they were guided primarily by the design and, of course, won over the fact that the warranty is 3 years. And the case is really stainless steel, there is only a plastic lid lock.

Now in almost any store, it seems to me that managers are interested in bonuses for the sale of some brands. Here you are correct that you addressed the forum.
When we bought it, no one "sold" it to us. We took it on the advice of friends, so in principle we can say we were guided by "live" reviews
It turned out to be a good stove, it looks powerful without any unnecessary "decorations", everything is as simple as possible to use (all buttons are signed, the modes are written right on the lid, so the instructions are basically not needed). We usually cook using a recipe book; there is not always time to search for something on the Internet. But when she is with us at the dacha now (she was taken away for the summer), sometimes I add different fresh herbs to the standard recipes, I often add my berries to the muffins, the first strawberries are already ripening a little.
It bakes well, we also tried large loaves. But usually 750 gr is enough. Well, it's better to cook more often and not quite large anyway. Natural bread dries up faster because without harmful additives, etc. But if you need to cook per kilogram, it will also bake.
Excellent as a kneader. Her dumplings are better than mine.
The book is well written. Because everything goes very well with us on it, it does not burn, it does not remain raw. But there, as elsewhere, it is necessary to add everything clearly according to the recipe.
It does not overheat especially, despite the fact that bread is baked not for half an hour, but much longer.
Yes, everything is like everywhere else. Its advantage is that it is metal, comfortable and has a good guarantee. Perhaps all I can say.
Then decide for yourself which model you prefer)
Sedne
So I'll take a look at this stove now?
Gleb
Annet_Mixeeva, good morning! can you have a good cupcake recipe for this oven?)

In fact, a normal stove, all functions and recipes from the Internet and instructions work.Of course, there is nothing to compare with, because this is the first bakery in our family, but so far everything is fine.

This stove is practically a clone of the latest Redmond, only a dispenser and an extra year of warranty are added, which speaks of quality.
I chose my Redmond for the same laconic design and additional multicooker functions (porridge-stewing-yogurt). Now I would probably take this particular stove because of the dispenser, I don’t use yeast, but it wouldn’t hurt to automate the raisin.

I also bought this bread maker after much persuasion from the consultant. The discounted price is reasonable, slightly cheaper than Panasonic.
The previous Oursson BM1000JY / BS bread maker baked well, but broke down after three years.
About GARLYN Home BR-1000 - I bake for three months three to four times a week white and wheat-rye bread, usually 1 kg each.
The most demanded modes are Basic and French.
Recipes from a book and from the Internet, everything works out.
I regularly make yeast and dumplings dough. The dough kneads perfectly.
Cons - there is no automatic program for rye bread.
But there is a very convenient mode - "home!", When you can program the desired sequence of kneading, lifting, baking operations.
The overall impression of this bread is positive.

Very correct proposal
No matter how much you say "halva", the concept of baking is difficult to understand. And you need someone to share their experience about the work of programs and how to manage them.

Admin
We need not just photos, but a description of the whole process. Borodinsky bread is very complex and capricious in a x / oven, therefore, the baking experience is very important, including the layout by ingredients.

How to insert a photo, see here, at the end of the first post CONTENTS OF THE SECTION "BASICS OF KNEADING AND BAKING"

First, upload the photo to your gallery on the forum, and then insert it into the topic here. You cannot upload photos from other forum sites, only those where you are the author of the recipe and the photo, in your performance

I, too, have been the owner of this stove for 3 months, while I am very happy, there was no unsuccessful bread (although I do not bake it often - once a week). Before that, there was Maxwell 3752, suffered - the pitch was normal only for the first year. I wanted to buy Panasonic, but the consultant said that after the 16th year they put a plastic gear there, so they have a return of the marriage at their expense, and the store gives an additional guarantee for 2 years. Well, they gave a very good discount in honor of Victory Day

Well, my favorite recipe in French:
For 1 medium loaf:
320 ml water
300 gr premium flour
200 gr Nastyusha (mixture)
1.5 tbsp milk powder
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tsp sugar
2 tablespoons ghee
1 tsp dry yeast
Seeds and sesame seeds after the 2nd kneading

My wife and I bought such a stove. After the purchase, we noticed that this oven clone REDMOND RBM-M1910 was only added by a despenser. Moreover, REDMOND is half the price of Garlyn. All the rave reviews on this thread are from new users. We will try to bake bread and unsubscribe here.Moreover, we do not eat white bread, we will try to bake only black bread.
And the reviews for Redmond are not very impressive.
I hope I was not mistaken and I will not regret not buying Panasonic

It is difficult to sell HP noname for 16,000 rubles, which sellers just do not come up with and of course do not forget about the gear in Panasonic, which has never been in it. For reference, the Panasonic SD-2511 bread machine is now 11500-12500 rubles

Sorry for not being trendy, I answer point by point:
- I do not sell these bread makers
- I bake once a week (I brought the recipe), but I can't insert photos. I promise to learn
- maybe I did not remember correctly, and the consultant named another detail
- bought for 11900 - discount in honor of May 9th
- perhaps you are right and it was a deliberate divorce for this hp, since I originally ordered Panasonic

Good day. He promised to post a photo, but forgot the password for the account)) I made Borodinsky according to this recipe

- water - 420 ml.
- honey - 3 tablespoons;
- rye malt - 2.5 tablespoons;
- vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
- dark wine vinegar - 2.5 tablespoons;
- rye flour - 320 gr.;
- white (wheat) baking flour - 320 gr .;
- ground coriander - 1.5 tablespoons;
- dry caraway - 2 tablespoons;
- salt - 2 teaspoons;
- sugar - 2 teaspoons;
- yeast - 1.5 teaspoons.
First you need to prepare the malt. For this it is necessary in a separate container.
mix malt and honey, pour boiling water over and leave to cool.
First pour all liquid ingredients into a baking dish: water, vegetable
butter, wine vinegar, and a cooled mixture of honey and malt. Next, fill in the dry ingredients
(so that the flour completely covers the surface of the water). In the middle of the form
make a deepening in the mixture (without reaching the water level), send dry yeast there.

I did it on mode 1, set the maximum frying of the crust. Here's what came of it

Yesterday, Borodino bread was also baked according to a recipe from a book, only 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds.
The malt was brewed by adding 100 grams of boiling water (be sure to take this volume into account when adding ingredients)
We put it on with a timer, in the morning a wonderful smell of fresh bread awaited us and this is such a handsome man:

The bread is baked, very tasty.
Today we will bake rye.

I have a question for old-timers, maybe there is a "complex" recipe that not all bread makers can handle? That is to say on trial to test the possibilities.

Tatyana, I need the recipe not so much for myself as for testing the capabilities of the stove.
After all, for sure there are complex recipes that not all stoves "tough".
This is what I am asking about.
Admin
But what if there are only a few people in this topic with such a x / oven?

The principle of operation of x / stoves is practically the same. Proceed from this, and the balance of flour-liquid, kolobok. And experiment with bread, pick and bake in your x / oven. If you have the basics of bread, then it's no longer scary.
We all do that with baked goods.

Good day!
Yesterday I became the proud owner of the Garlyn Home BR-1000 HP. Already in the night I decided to try to bake my first bread. Previously, I only baked in the oven. I chose the simplest and fastest recipe.
Program 1 White bread, weight 500 grams, light crust.
Bread maker Garlyn Home BR-1000 - reviews and discussion

Made according to the recipe from the book, halving the ingredients. But! I had wheat flour with the addition of whole grain (I, unfortunately, do not remember the proportions) and I did not add milk powder, because it simply was not at home.
I cut it while still hot, so I crumpled the crumb.
In general, everyone liked the bread.

I, of course, dull and forgot that you can put a delayed start, so the bread cooled right in the mold. Bread maker Garlyn Home BR-1000 - reviews and discussion

The stirrer remained in the bucket, nothing had to be removed
Bread maker Garlyn Home BR-1000 - reviews and discussion

A notch from the stiffening rib of the bucket, baked all perfectly from all sides. I set the color of the crust, as indicated on the package of the mixture - medium, the weight of the loaf is 750g

The photo did not work out very well, because I was in a hurry before work. The crumb is not raw, as it might seem, but evenly baked

I forgot to add that I moved a little from the recipe: instead of 300 ml of water I added 150 ml of milk + 150 ml of water, then during the batch I added another 10 ml of water

Why is it so forced?) Who is the manufacturer? where do they do it? You can't read anything about the brand anywhere. They sell it on EBAY, but the account is Russian))) All reviews are extremely positive. Not a single bad review in a year !!! It just can't be. On Yandex. the market does not promote it. He doesn't know the manufacturer of such a bread machine at all) very strange

Irina, do you have equipment for sale in 5?
Crown
helenanik, did not find a detailed description of the modes, but the book indicates the total time of each mode, the number and time of kneading, proofing, etc.?
helenanik
Galina, in the evening I'll look and answer, I don't remember already, I use the established modes and I'm happy. I know that there are 3 batches - I catch the 3rd batch to add sesame seeds, seeds to it, because I do not like it through the dispenser, I immediately took it off.
Crown
helenanik, well, then look also at home mode, what are the maximum settings. I bake sourdough bread and I'm more interested in the longest modes.
You didn't make yogurt?
Does the crust bake well? I have a tenth Redmond, a lot of heat comes out through a large window and the top crust turns out to be pale.
helenanik
Crown, Galina, I didn't make yogurt, I don't make it at all, I don't like it. I expose the crust light, it's normal, if the middle one is already fried, I don't like it either. I will clarify the modes, but they hardly give the temperature and time in the book. I remember that you can install everything on Domashny itself, but I didn’t try it myself, unnecessarily. So in the evening I'll write what I found in the book
