Ingredients

Sugar 1.5 tbsp
Flour 2.5 st
Kefir 1 st
Egg 3 pcs
Draining. butter (margarine) 150 g
Cocoa 1 tbsp. l.
Slaked soda 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Grind eggs with margarine, add sugar and mix again. Pour in kefir, add flour and soda. Mix everything and divide into 2 parts. Add cocoa to one. The dough should be like charlotte. In the middle of the form, spread with a spoon, alternating colors. Bake for 30-40 minutes. depending on the size of the molds.
