Pumpkin puree 400 gr.
Cottage cheese 500 gr.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Starch 2 tbsp. l
Vanillin or cinnamon taste
Glaze No. 1:
Dark chocolate 100 g
Heavy cream 60 ml.
Butter 50 gr.
or glaze No. 2:
Dark chocolate 100 g
Odorless vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l
Glass 250 ml.

Cooking method

  • Cake number 1:
  • Grind cookies with a blender, add melted butter and egg. Stir, mold into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes. A mold with a diameter of 25 cm, grease with oil, distribute the dough over the shape, make sides. Pierce the cake with a fork, bake in the oven at 180 gr. minutes 10. Take them out of the oven.

  • Filling:
  • Grind cottage cheese with sugar and eggs into a homogeneous mass, add pumpkin puree, mix. Add vanillin (or cinnamon) and starch, stir. Pour the filling onto the cake. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-45 minutes (until a crust appears on top). Cool the cake completely. Cover with glaze and refrigerate overnight
