The bag can be made flatter, If the liver is minced meat (from a meat grinder) or pieces, then 3 hours will be enough for the eyes. I made a liver - there is a recipe in the suvidny topic, there is a thickness of 2 cm and the time is either 1 hour or 2 - you have to look, but I also succeeded. And a vacuum device is a necessary thing, especially for freezing - in my stall everything is folded in such bags (like nz), consumable bags, in a vertical freezer lie in ordinary ones - so there is no ice in a vacuum. And dried fruits are also under vacuum (part under waxes in cans is part in bags. Everything is fine. Without them, I don't know how to keep a large number. And the air must be released in the water.

You can get used to it if you lay it with paper or grease - I tried it after buying multi-hands, it was scratched. ... and bake in steel, when I was waiting for the immediately ordered non-native Teflon, so the experiments stopped quickly (Of course, Teflon SHOULD be bought in addition, there is a difference) but these are all trifles compared to its capabilities -without a stem -like hands-free -all milk, bread - pies (this is Teflon, you can't go anywhere, but the second bowl is really needed for a change, here with polyethylene lids for the bowls - they burst for me immediately, but I close it now), compote soups (what compote, and what pea soup!) - jellied meat, any cereals, canned cape-fish is offhand, maybe you forgot something else, you will be very surprised at its speed and simple maintenance. lana light, that I forgot to write about the suvid-when there was no vacuum cleaner -the package under water -then cover it tightly and you can suck out the rest of the air with a tube, then lay a seam with a newspaper on both sides and walk along the seam with an iron. I took ordinary packages and from under milk-kefir. In these bags I sealed freshly squeezed juices with an iron for laying in the freezer - carrot, pear and apple. Everything is fine so far (you only need to expand the place, but it will be so)
I have adapted to seal the bags alone - I put a full bag on the edge of the table and it hangs down)
The liver has already opened 2 packages - pate, if smeared on bread and butter - very tasty and without the slightest grains.
