But these jars are on the water, and without potatoes. But, for example, in the pickle and the second person I put pearl barley, you can rice, although rice is not very good for us, it tastes better with pearl barley. At a time, it turns out 8-9 liters = 16 half-liter jars of concentrate (a little water, so that it would not just burn), then I dilute it with broth (I just tried to roll up the broth in a couple of ready-made soups, I cooked jars of broth in a bowl), + add meat ( all cans are purely vegetable. Although I do not always add. The soup is already delicious + meat broth in the process.
