Ilmirushka
Sveta, modes "frying", "podorev" and "languor" with different icons on the display.

Ilmirushka, Ilmira! Previously, the DD1 multicooker was absolutely sure to go without STILL. And temperatures from 80 to 160 or something like that in degrees could not be set manually. A lot has been written about this in the topic. And everyone was extremely happy about the appearance of DD2 precisely because of this feature. This was also written about at that time on every page of the topic.
Maybe then they began to release DD1, too, with some advanced functions? And you got this one? I have never heard this from anyone else, but maybe you have just one.

By the way, I am very interested to hear the opinions of other users on this matter. After all, almost everyone has Shteby on the site. Write! Clarify doubts!
Anna1957
I have the very first Shteba, there is the lower button on the right - Heating. There is no languor in it (with a temperature of up to 160). Only up to 80.
Masha Ivanova
Anna1957, Anya! Thats exactly what I mean.
Anna1957
Masha Ivanova, it is precisely because of the absence of this new function, Vexation, that the price of Headquarters DD1 fell then. What is there to argue about?)))
Ilmirushka
Girls, I'm not blind and it's still too early to survive from my mind. This means that my model is newer than the very first one, I have a "languor" mode, I make ham on it according to Timkin's recipe, and I made a suvid!
Anna1957
Quote: Ilmirushka
suvid did!
For sous species, even 80 degrees is excessive.
Masha Ivanova
Ilmirushka, Ilmira! So I told you about this, that perhaps you have some unknown DD1 model. Read my post. Anna and I do not know such a model. But no one says that there is none!

The display shows the "clock" icon - delayed start. It's not just an icon, there is a button, but I have never used it. I know that many wrote that the DD-1 does not have this function.
julia_bb
Ilmirushka, Ilmira, that's right, and dd1 has a "languor" mode, and the buttons are the same, but it's up to 88 degrees! I am on it at night simmering porridge in the country. And there is heating, but it is even less than degrees.
I have two Shteby - DD1 in the country, DD2 at home now. On it, the Simmering mode can be set up to 160 degrees, that is, it is good for baking, and other things.
There is also a watch in dd1, a delayed start, it was delivered to Ukraine without a watch.
Ilmirushka
YuliaThank you for putting everything on the shelves

Ilmira, but not at all, the main thing is figured out what's what

Girls, take to your company! Today I also got stuck!
Here is my beauty!
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL
Someone was interested in color. Here it is next to PP GFgril. Obviously not red, but the color of a very ripe cherry. (the photo still turned out lighter)
She put the lemonade to cook.
Advise, what can you cook right away? Unfortunately, the bowl is still only stainless steel. I bought it at CSN, there are no additional bowls there.
Heating needs to be turned on by ourselves, it does not turn on automatically.
liusia
Natasha, congratulations from the bottom of my heart !!! Let Shtebochka be happy as well as all of us. Serves long and fruitfully. So beautiful!!!
Natasha * Chamomile
liusia, Ludmila , Thank you so much! This is my first slow cooker, I don't know yet which side to approach, although I studied the topic!
I want to put baked milk for the night, and tomorrow sausage in a ham maker.
gala10
Natasha, Congratulations! Let it serve for a long time and please.
Broths, compotes and much more - only in Shtebe.
Natasha * Chamomile
gala10 Galina, Thank you! Yes, I was thinking about compote! Need to see if there is any dried fruit
Yes, there is! I put the compote to cook.
Masha Ivanova
Natasha * Chamomile, Natasha, congratulations! Is the cherry metal surface? Is the color beautiful? It looks so very even, how about you?
Let it become your favorite! A teflon bowl is a real deal.

Yes, the surface is metallic, I like the color! In the store it seemed a little dark, but at home it looks more beautiful.

It looks like it is getting already! Cooked compote, it is worth insisting.
And I will buy a teflon bowl with time!

with me on "you", if possible

marinastom
Natasha * Chamomile, yes, it looks gorgeous !!!
I wonder how long this beauty will last on metal? .. After all, it must be somehow beautiful?
Masha Ivanova
marinastom, Marina! It seems to me that nothing will color, it will not change. It is necessary to see the new Shteba in nature. Natasha will tell us soon. The main thing is that this is not plastic, which will necessarily be rubbed.
Natasha * Chamomile
marinastom, MarinaI hope it will last! Looks like cherry metallic. At first glance, it seems that strong.
Actually, I thought that Stebik would be bigger and was pleasantly surprised by his size!
optimist
Natasha * Chamomile, Congratulations! Very nice color.
Is this a 5 liter? What configuration?
Natasha * Chamomile
optimist, Lenusya, thanks for the compliments.
This is a complete set, Eco. Yes, 5 liters. At 6 it was not. And only this color. Cost me 8.4 thousand rubles
julia_bb
Natasha * Chamomile, wow, how beautiful. Congratulations on your new assistant!
Natasha * Chamomile
julia_bb, Julia, Thank you! I like her so much! Yesterday I cooked a delicious compote, and what baked milk it turned out!
Venera007
And on which program did you make baked milk and how long?)
Katko
Venera007, Tatyana, on languor + most likely, the temperature is about 90, from 4-5 hours, the longer, the creamier the color)
Melted by the way, even in Panas, it turns out well at Stewing

Natasha * Chamomile, sorry to interrupt the conversation
Natasha * Chamomile
Venera007, Tatiana, yes, on languor. 90 °, but I put it on all night, it turned out 10 hours. It turned out very tasty, but the foam!
Katko, Katya, it's good that you intervened!
Mishel0904
Girls, but the staff DD2 and the Multicooker Polaris PPC 1105AD, if you compare? And where to get a Teflon bowl, poke your nose, pliz.
I choose, polaris is much cheaper. I don't know what to take.
gala10
Mishel0904, Tatyana, the bowl can be bought here:
🔗
I have no experience with the Polaris PPC 1105AD multicooker. From what I have read about it, it is not clear what the step of setting the temperature is (Shteba has 1 degree, which is very good) and there is no steel bowl, like Shteba's. Teflon is very needed for frying and baking, and steel (unkillable!) For everything else.
kartinka
Natasha * Chamomile, and I am a beauty with congratulations! you can also put jellied meat, very quickly, tasty and odorless.
And today we make cottage cheese from milk mushroom.
Venera007
And I remember that somehow I needed all five milk, but I didn't want to follow it. I put him on the floor pressure program for a couple of minutes. I didn't release the pressure. But when I opened the lid, the milk was creamy)

Milk mushroom cottage cheese. What is it like???
Natasha * Chamomile
kartinka, Marina, Thank you!
I think that in time I will try to do everything!
I've already cooked the sausage!
Katko
I started to see it right now

I have a milk mushroom, I put it in a saucepan-fermented, I take out the fungus, I weigh all the squash in the head for 2 hours for 60 * - I weigh it in cheesecloth, you can salt-sugar-seasonings, but we eat like this, the output is very good, from about half a head, where then 800 gram comes out

shteba DD2 and Multicooker Polaris PPC 1105AD, if you compare
Mishel0904, there is one significant difference when you cook under pressure: Polaris immediately counts down the time, and Shteba after the pressure has accumulated and the valve is closed. That is, you yourself need to add (calculate) the time to build pressure. It's not very convenient, but you can probably get used to it.
natushka

I will add, otherwise they may not understand what refers to what. In Shteba, you don't need to calculate the time, just divide the usual cooking time by three.
And it's more expensive, yes, but how much better is incomparable. And I ordered a Teflon bowl at Ozone, the girls ordered it somewhere else. And, it seems to me, in Polaris there are not as many cooking options as in Shteba. But it's up to you.

And I will add.
In no case am I trying to persuade you to buy exactly Shteba. Just personal impressions.
About a month and a half ago, it was my fault that Shtebochka went out of order. I have two more multicooker. But until Shteba was repaired, it was as if without hands. Prepare the ham: only at Shtebe can I set the exact temperature and time I need. It's the same with sous-vide. The compote turns out perfect in 1 minute. Broth without problems. Kefir at 30 degrees. Etc.
Twig
And also buckwheat in one minute and steamed vegetables in 6-9 minutes. She also would not have refused the shteba of her own free will.
Ekaterina2
And I like Shteba because the bowl is made of steel. I put the knuckle in it, it’s boiled, the bones at the bottom are rattling, but I’m not scared! Will not be scratched.
Mishel0904
Thank you girls for the advice! Another question about the glasses, how much are they needed? And what brand of ham can I fit in a bowl, is it also cooked under pressure?
Natasha * Chamomile
Today I cooked pilaf in Shtebochka. Very fast and delicious!
I turned on the frying for 15 minutes, a couple of minutes after turning it on, I put the meat in the bowl, and even before the countdown turned on, both the meat, and onions, and carrots were already fried. I added rice and boiling water, 1: 1, salted, added spices, turned on the porridge for 0.7, 15 minutes and went to the garden. When I came in half an hour later, everything was ready! Spread it out on plates and you can dine!
Twig
Mishel0904, any ham. Without pressure, instead of a lid, it is covered with a second bowl.
Mishel0904
And how much is a ceramic bowl needed, what is it used for?
Twig
Tatyana, better look for Teflon.
Mishel0904
Twig, Thank you!

And what are the fundamental differences between these models Multicooker Steba DD1 Eco and DD2 Eco?
julia_bb
Quote: Lana's Light
the varieties are as follows:
1. DD1 - 5 l, unlike DD2 - it does not have the languor function,. i.e. you cannot manually set the temperature from 80 to 160 * С)
2. DD2 BASIC - 5 L, only a multicooker with a stainless bowl is included, without a steamer, cups, measuring cup and spatula
3. DD2 - 5 l, complete with a multicooker with a stainless bowl, with an insert-steamer and cups for yogurt / casseroles, a measuring cup and a spatula
4. DD2 XL -6 L, complete with a multicooker with a stainless bowl, with an insert-steamer and cups for yogurt / casseroles, a measuring cup and a spatula. Only it has a function to turn off the heating after the end of the program
In addition to all varieties, you can buy replacement bowls with ceramic or Teflon coating

I am also completely delighted with Shteba. She is my second. The first one flew also through my fault. Now he will see the brisket. Beauty and nothing else. I do everything in it. I also have a ceramic bowl, but only for baking milk, and so, pampering. Teflon is much better and more comfortable.
