Girls, I bought a multi-oven for my mother, however, a white one, that is, without a barbecue set. What do you think can be adjusted instead of this stand? Skewers can still be found somewhere, but which grate is better to choose?
kseniya D
Olga, mine is also white, without a lattice. I make kebabs on wooden skewers and put them in the basket.
Belka13
kseniya Ddo not burn? I want to buy n / a skewers, but a black oven kit would be ideal. But for the first time, and so it goes. What kind of wooden skewers do you use?
kseniya D
No, they don't burn. It is recommended to soak them in water before use, but I don't. Now I looked at the packaging. skewers are called. But they have to be cut a little. If placed diagonally, then placed, if along, then cut. 4 shampoos fit.
Belka13
Xenia, thank you! I'll try to look for something like this in our stores.

Look at aliexpress, I saw somewhere that the girls there bought such a set for barbecue as in a black airfryer
marinastom
I bought at Kupinatao. With the filing of Mannochka.

Katyunya Kam, marinastom, thanks a lot, I'll take a look. Kupinatao completely disappointed me, I haven't looked for Ali yet. How do you call this grill? They have very interesting translations there.

You try to drive in a model of an airfryer and there will probably be accessories for them in addition to the airfurns, since I don't know to call this grate)))

If it helps ...
I apologize for being sideways.

And I went to the crockery department with a tape measure, chose there some kind of napkin holder made of stainless steel wire. I put it instead of the net. And I cook all sticky foods on it. Washed in half a minute. And it costs 200 rubles.
Belka13
slavam, now napkin holders are mostly made of chrome, I'm afraid they will peel off. And the size is too small, probably will be. But thanks for the idea. Let's look

My problem is that if, for example, I want to bake a chicken drumstick in it, I don’t know how to choose the right temperature and time, but the recipes from the book do not suit me much (((

Katyunya Kam, I bake meat (mainly turkey) in foil, sprinkled with Svan salt. I add 5-10 minutes to the recommended time (about 30%) And the meat is soft, and the juice remains, and the forms are clean.

Where do you take the recommended time from? I apologize for the stupid questions, but this stove is hard for me
Zamorochka
By trial and error, I adjusted the time and temperature for myself))), set the time according to the book and the temperature, but sometimes it did not work, either it depends on the product every time, or I don’t know from what. The last time I cooked the shin like this: warming up to 200 degrees, then 15 minutes at 180 degrees and another 15 minutes at 160 degrees. Although before that, these 15 minutes were not enough for 160 and I added time. It worked well in this mode: warming up 180, 15 minutes 170 degrees, after 10 minutes reduced to 150 for 20 minutes. but still, I periodically look at how the crust on the meat externally behaves)))

Yes, by the way, the girls came up with a wonderful idea with foil, now I also put foil under the pan and under the basket so that the bowl does not get greasy)) And if there is no pan, you can put the product in the foil.

There, there is a sticker on it with the time for different products.
For example poultry - 15-22, I put 35, meat 8-14, I put 21 minutes. Determined empirically to be sure

Sometimes you come across too thin foil, intended for packaging, not baking, it breaks, and the juice flows out. I bought a special one for grilling.

Kate, I have my favorite dish in AFochka - stuffed pepper, and also stuffed potatoes and fish.

And I like to cook small portions of casseroles or omelet. Very fast for breakfast and convenient. can be baked in any heat-resistant plate.

One of my favorite airfryer breakfasts is cheesecakes.
I definitely do a couple of times a week.
For a pack of 200-250 grams of 9% cottage cheese (the main thing is to find a real one), one yolk, a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of flour. I divide the resulting mass into 4 rather large syrniki, roll in flour, shake off excess flour so that it does not blow out, and put it in a multi-oven preheated to 160 degrees for 8 minutes. I use a frying pan for this, I have not tried it in the basket.
If the cottage cheese is without vegetable fats, it turns out great.

Katyunya Kam, doing different. You can pour the leftover pasta with an egg and milk and sprinkle with cheese, sausage, potatoes, everything to your taste and imagination. I have small ceramic molds and a non-stick cake mold. The main thing is quick and tasty. I bake at 180 degrees, 8-10 minutes, depending on the products.

On the occasion of Ozone, I bought a set of two Tefal saucepan - diameters 16 and 20 cm (minus bonuses, thanks to the price it turned out to be about 1200). The smaller saucepan fits comfortably into the basket, and the larger one into the container. The coverage is good, the height is also decent. Baking, casserole will turn out, I think, with a bang. So I no longer need an official Philips saucepan for big money.
