RepeShock, Irin, probably to form a recipe, most likely.

marinastom, Yes this.
But the temperature can be set to 160.

Marina, Maria, Thank you!

Girls, and 31 models from 35 differ only in the bundle, or in functionality too?
RepeShock
Quote: mirtatvik
differs only in the package

mirtatvik
RepeShock, Irina, now there is a 20% discount for 31 models, but in addition there is only a baking dish. And the 35 model still has a grill pan, a stand and skewers for barbecue. But neither the 35th model, nor the accessories for it are on sale (((Does it make sense to wait? They have been gone for a long time.
What's in the box for the 31 models? Is there any information on the store's website?
Belka13
No, the grill pan fits both models, and only a stand for kebabs was included with the black one. Frying pans have not been imported to Russia for a long time.
mirtatvik
Belka13, Olga, that is, there is a standard bowl in both models? And everything except the stand is absolutely the same in terms of features and functionality? Was there a stand for barbecue on free sale? Can I replace it with something there? Please advise. Painfully tempting discount, as much as 5 thousand.
Belka13
Tatyana, quite right, these are absolutely the same models, apart from the color of the case. Kebab stands can be ordered from CU. And the pans were there recently. You can replace it, but the girls fried kebabs without a stand.
RepeShock

mirtatvik, Tatyana, a grill pan, like a baking dish, these were dopa.

I have a 35th model, I have never used a shashlik stand) well, it's not serious, do a few pieces of meat)))
In general, for me personally, these are unnecessary details.

I love the frying pan very much and it is very useful.
There is also a baking dish, but you can easily replace it with any suitable and heat-resistant baking dish.

If I remember correctly, the 31th package does not include anything additionally, that is, the 35th differs only in this stand.

So, it seems to me, you can safely take the 31st with a discount.
And I looked at the new model from GF, Tatyana? her basket is more interesting, bigger and better washed.
mirtatvik
RepeShock, Irina, yes, it seems, everyone praises Filka. I didn't even consider other models. I, of course, want more black, but nowhere else is there. The frying pan has also disappeared a long time ago, it seems, I haven't seen it anywhere.
RepeShock

Tanyusha, and you read about others (although, personally, of the others, only the new GF is pleasant. And mainly by the fact that the basket is easier to clean, it is quieter and there are auto modes, which is convenient. Yes, and the basket is bigger).
There in the topic about her, there are owners and Fili, ask them how and what, if interested.

The film is good, of course, but it is the first, now others have appeared.
And the discount is good, you have to take it if necessary)
Zamorochka
And here I have Filka and a new GF. So I like GF more.
1. More volume
2. The bowl is much better, it is easier to wash, the design is thought out to the smallest detail (Fili has a mesh bowl, you will wash it)))
3. there are automatic programs, but at the same time you can change the time and temperature if necessary (there are no automatic programs for Fili)
4. When removing the bowl, the unit stops working (Filya continues to work)
5. less noisy at work.

For Fillet I bought both a frying pan and a baking dish, a grill for barbecue, like Irina, I never used, I think it is not a necessary device. Since washing the mesh basket is difficult, I mainly use a frying pan.

Girls, thanks a lot! I went to study the materiel!

Last weekend I roasted coffee in AF.
Very simple and not bad.
- the porcelain plate is placed in the refrigerator to cool.
- I covered 100 g of green coffee in a thin layer (less) and turned it on 180 degrees.
- and we stand - listen.
- After 5 minutes, the first clicks started and ended
- turn off the stove, take out the basket and shake it over the sink to stir the coffee and shake off the burnt husks.
- insert the basket into place and turn on the stove
- as soon as the second crackle starts, the medium roast for a French press or for a drip coffee machine is ready.
- how the second crackle ended, the espresso coffee is theoretically good enough, then it's all a matter of taste. If you like a stronger one, then you can hold it longer, but this is all by trial and error, the time can be determined for each variety.
- take out the coffee and immediately need to quickly cool it on a plate that we put in the refrigerator.

When it gets cold, the coffee is not ready yet. Inside the grains is carbon dioxide. The coffee must rest for it to come out. It must be placed in a container that is not sealed, but not open either. And put in the refrigerator for 1-3 days. After that, the coffee can be used for its intended purpose.

Here is such a multifunctional device! It was not for nothing that they called it an airfryer.
marinastom
Very interesting! Thank you!
Once, back in the Soviet era of total scarcity, my mother and I tried to roast coffee. But the results were unpredictable.
Quote: Sergey Kornilov

the container is not sealed, but not open either.
And what do you have for this purpose?
Sergey Kornilov
Quote: marinastom
And what do you have for this purpose?
A metal can for coffee with a metal lid, kind of tight, but without rubber seals (gas will leak out anyway)

Now we fry not because of a shortage, but for gourmet reasons.
Freshly roasted coffee, despite the fact that I am not a pro, cannot be compared with the store coffee that is sold in supermarkets.
TAIS
Hello! I also bought a Philips 923150 multi-oven yesterday. Warranty 2 years, in a company store with the same name, as a gift a blender with the same name All together 20000 rubles. Free delivery. In a blender, you can grind fine grains. I'm glad . Yesterday I tasted it - I foolishly fried chicken breast with skin on the wire rack. The grate had to be washed. Then she adapted aluminum round tins for baking pies and cakes. She took out the grate and they miraculously fit into the bowl of the stove. Today baked 8 potatoes and 8 apples in each form. Everything turned out wonderful and tasty. The apples were stuffed with cottage cheese and baked at 200 degrees for 12 minutes. And the potatoes were baked at 200 degrees 40 minutes. The potatoes were average, and if small tubers, then 30 minutes. The fish was baked without oil, straight from the freezer at 180 degrees - 20 minutes, if it takes longer, the fish will dry out. The fish was pollock, I didn’t salt it. It turned out delicious. So don’t worry, but buy aluminum molds in size, otherwise they are expensive with a non-stick coating and it’s not a fact that it will last a long time. And he sprinkled the forms with crackers and bakes whatever you want. Tomorrow I will bake dumplings and fry cutlets from the freezer. I DO EVERYTHING WITHOUT OIL !!!

* Tanya *,
Hello! Instead of a frying pan, I bought aluminum round baking dishes that fit perfectly into the bowl of the airfryer. Much cheaper. I fry and bake everything in them. So look in the household. store or supermarkets.
kiara-25
Hope, do you put frozen cutlets straight?
TAIS
Hello! I have a Philips Airfryer 9231, I am very pleased, although it is not cheap, but the warranty is 2 years and the country of origin is the Netherlands. Yesterday I bought 8cm deep aluminum dishes. ... Today I cooked vegetable pilaf with rice and fish
I baked their puff pastry pies. At 180, for 15 minutes, and the fish was straight from the freezer and in 20 minutes was ready at 180 degrees. Chicken breast is just a delight. Juicy and soft is also obtained from the freezer and into the airfryer!

Yes, straight from the freezer. I make cutlets for future use and dumplings too. I cut and freeze the fish. Saving time and VKUUUSNOOO)))

sleepyhead, Hello! I cooked pollock. Directly from the freezer, did not salt (I already had it cut and cut into pieces) At 180 degrees 20 minutes. And if thawed, then 12 minutes. Any cutlets 10 min.

TAIS, Nadezhda, and when you buy your own frying pan, you will be even more satisfied.
SoNika
Good time. I broke my head that to buy Travola or Philips, judging by the reviews, the difference is not big, the travola peels off, but here and there everyone uses molds, adapts ... t overpay?
Belka13
Virine, see also GFGril. A very decent stove.
kiara-25
If I chose now, I would take GF.
Hope, Tais, but tell me how to do chicken breast?
SoNika
Olga, thanks, I will take a look. I have a GF, but it is not an airfryer.
Belka13
SoNika, read about her:
Convection grill GFGRIL GFA-3500 AIR FRYER. Basically everyone who bought it is happy. Moreover, if I had seen this model before buying Philips, I would have chosen it.
SoNika
Olga, he is nowhere to be found, I was looking for 2 days. There is a discount on travola in Ozone .. but I canceled the order yesterday, I do not want parts peeling off.
Belka13
In our city in Citylink there is. And the officials promise to sell from June 15th.
SoNika
OlgaWhat kind of beast is Citylink? It seems like I found such a site, I'll take a look at it.

nope,)))) nothing was found for your request))))
I am tired of the hotter flask, to carry it to wash every time and the grill itself, it cannot be removed, it is not really difficult to wash it, my husband has already washed it himself with a steam cleaner and said that put it on a ... shelf. So I'm looking for a smaller one.
Belka13
Virine, Nika, so I did not buy an airfryer just for this reason. Well, there is not much left until June 15th, be patient! Is there a Philips somewhere? It seems to me that they, too, either disappeared from sale, or are sold from the officials at a price of 19990. Or from the Germans. No guarantee.
The Redber girls were also praised. But he is not very design for me ...
SoNika
Olga, yes there are Phillips, the Rydbers have a small volume. Let's wait. Npash Hotter, he also asked us, then the flask burst in the PM, led to the instruction pulled moms do not cry. They changed it, then the electronics burned out, they repaired it again under warranty, since then it has been normal for 8 years, but using it. less often. I carry this large and heavy flask here and there, I'm tired. It is not realistic to wash the top at all, it cooks well, but it takes a long time and winds up the food, it is necessary either in a bag or cover, but it is good for ham and shreds. It takes up a lot of space. Thank you, Olya
Belka13
I could be wrong, of course, but it seems to me that Phillips and Redber are approximately the same in volume. Visually at least. GF is a little more. Philips XL has a large volume, but it is only in Germany, and the price with delivery and additional accessories is inhumane.
SoNika
Olga, I kind of saw yesterday that only 2 liters.

today there is no time, I cook for a dacha for 5 men ..., then night shift ..
I ordered my own in Germany, thanks, Galina, a dough sheeter, a motor and a raviolnica, it cost 11 thousand less.

Everyone ran away.

There is no way to read all 60 pages of text, so I can repeat myself I just can't understand why the grill pan I have 2 stoves - mechanical and sensory in different places. For the last year I have been using it every day, probably more often than a multicooker. I usually bake juicy meat either in foil tins, or I simply fold a pocket out of foil myself so that the juice does not drip down and smoke. What does a frying pan allow you to do that you can't do on your own wire rack in order to fork out for it? In addition, it has holes in the bottom and juice from the meat can flow out
And the second question, hostesses, how do you clean the "ceiling" of a device with a heating element? If you turn it over and sprinkle it on the oven detergent, won't it go anywhere? Won't ruin the electronics? And then wiping with a cloth, as advised in the instructions, is not enough.Caked-on splashes of fat will not rub off

I just can't understand why the grill pan
It is much more convenient to wash it than the mesh. There is a ton of food that needs to be blown from all sides. In my case, these are, for example, wings and cheese cakes.
It is good for the wings that some of the fat flows down through the holes in the pan. Plus, the wings don't stick to the pan the way they do with the wire rack.
Plus I make cheese cakes very often. They are sometimes baked into the lattice inward between the twigs. This does not happen with a frying pan - if something falls into the hole, it is perfectly removed without loss.
k.alena
Okay, thanks. I'm making the wings in foil form and flipping them in the middle of the process. It's easier for me than to wash everything from caked fat and the smell from it all over the house is still the same.
Can you tell me about laundering?
Cifra
Quote: k.alena
It's easier for me than to wash everything from caked fat later
Apparently, everyone has a different style of cooking - I have never had any caked fat. I drain the liquid, and wash the form and pan in the dishwasher.
I just wash the upper shade with a damp sponge while the device is warm. I do not set myself a task to wash everything to its original state, it does not bother me.
marinastom
In the first topic Air fryer Masha-wasp told and showed how she washed a second-ear Afa. I couldn't find it by searching ...
k.alena
I would be very grateful for the link. After today's attempts to launder, there was a persistent desire to disassemble and launder
marinastom
I'll try in the evening ...
I just warn you right away that Masha is an engineer and it is much easier to disassemble and assemble a gadget for her than, for example, for me ...
By the way, in the summer, at the dacha, I pulled AFu out into the street, sprinkled it with some kind of Antizhir, rubbed it where I could, and then washed it with water. Well, I didn't pour it directly, but still ... Then it dried out for several days, now it works perfectly.

Found ...

It seems to me that in an airfryer / airfryer, air should circulate around the product, so the bottom is mesh. In your case, the air will no longer fly through the baskets. Well, silicone cannot be close to the heating element - it can start to melt
k.alena
As add. accessories for this oven there is a baking dish AND the batter will flow through the mesh and silicone baking dishes are designed for 230C, and here a maximum of 200. So everything is ok

Today in Fila I tried to cook Mother Pulyar's omelet, from 1 egg

Philips HD9231 and Philips HD9235 multi-ovens
I put half of the protein into a silicone mold, then added the yolk and spices to the depression, the rest of the protein on top. Baked for 4 minutes at 160 g, then turned the omelet over and added another minute
Cifra
polliar, looks good. It's whipped protein, isn't it?
polliar
Cifra, yes, whipped protein. Unusual, but tasty, I will repeat again, and larger portions
