Sour milk in cups in Redmond RMC-02

Ingredients

Selected milk 550-600 ml
Sour cream 15% 3 tbsp. l. with a slide.

Cooking method

  • In a container of a suitable size, put 3 full, with a slide of st. l. sour cream (I like 15% the most).
  • By adding milk little by little, mix into the most homogeneous substance
  • Pour it into 3 pre-sterilized yogurt jars.
  • Place in a bowl of water.
  • If there is little water, top up to the maximum mark on the bowl.
  • Yogurt mode, time 6 hours.
  • Cover the jars with ready-to-use lids, set the date and put in the refrigerator overnight.

Margarita, did not cover the jars, they stand right under the lid, closed them before putting them in the refrigerator.
There was no condensation in the yogurt, I was very happy about that and laid out the recipe.
I also did not find condensation in a large mug, I did not close it there either, but in small cans it is thicker than yogurt
