Only I bake in the oven and, more often than not, the hearth.

But making it too dense, perhaps, is not worth it, because raw sandwich turns out to be rather plump, and then you have to squeeze it in a sandwich maker. And if the bread is dense, you will not squeeze it.

If there is a recipe, then I am ready to share a very tasty recipe borrowed on a friendly forum, it is called "Syrniki from Vadim". The result is always great.

Here is the prescription.
Cottage cheese 540g (3 packs of 180g each)
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 4 tbsp. spoons
Raisins 100 g
Semolina 2 tbsp. spoons (you don't feel it at all in cheesecakes)
Flour 3 tbsp. spoons with a slide + 3 tbsp. spoons for breading.
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons

Rinse the raisins and pour in a small amount of boiling water.
Mix all the other components until smooth, add the raisins (drain the water) and mix everything again.
Form cheese cakes, roll in flour, fry in vegetable oil.
In this case, if you use a sandwich maker, then you can probably just grease each groove on the plates with oil.
Or try this recipe slightly modify: Add 0.5 tbsp. To the dough. tablespoons of vegetable oil, and do not roll the curd cakes in flour, but simply spread them with a spoon in the grooves.

As soon as I read about the Dex sandwich makers on this forum, I was very happy. I respect this firm very much, we have a bread maker, a multicooker, a yogurt maker, and a blender from this manufacturer, work flawlessly. I compared the characteristics of 26 and 36 and chose 36 unambiguously. It is more powerful (1400W) and more - 8 sandwiches are obtained at once. I bought it and I'm very happy with it.
Today we celebrated the birthday of a relative - I also made nuts from puff pastry (stuffed with cheese with mayonnaise and garlic, spied the idea from bislanovna), and cutlets, and cheese cookies. Nuts are so easy to grab, original and tasty! I am happy to cook in this sandwich maker and sandwiches, and puff and unleavened dough pies, cutlets, pumpkins, carrots, cheesecakes. I bake the rest of the porridge in sandwich panels with the addition of minced meat or mushrooms. What I really like is that all this is not fried in fat, but in fact baked, since I grease the panels a little before the first load. I made small muffins from potatoes with mushrooms, protein cookies in muffin boxes, baked waffles several times. What didn't work out at all was the grilled meat, the juice just leaked out and the meat was tough and not very fried. Of all the panels, the most popular was the sandwich mold, I didn’t try only the donut mold.
Of the minuses - if a lot of liquid is formed during baking, it can flow under the panels to the shade, but as I understand it, this is the problem of all sandwich makers with replaceable panels. In addition, one form did not fit into the grooves and had to be slightly trimmed, but now everything is in order.
In general, I am very pleased with this device and use it almost every day!

Adyghe cheese - 250 g
Brynza (suluguni or other young salted cheese) - 250 g
Dill, cilantro, basil, arugula (or any other greens that are friends with your refrigerator or vegetable garden today) - a lot.
The proportion between feta cheese and Adyghe cheese can be changed based on your taste or the salinity of feta cheese - you can generally take only Adyghe cheese.

Adyghe cheese and suluguni (feta cheese, etc.) were kneaded with a fork, mixed with chopped herbs.
From each sheet of dough (4 sheets in a package) I rolled out an elongated rectangle into 1.5 sheets according to the size of a sandwich maker, i.e. 1 double layer + 1 single.
After warming up (turning on the green light), baked for 14 minutes.
In total, there were 6 downloads of 4 pies = 24 pies.

And if you focus on the light bulb, then always clearly after the green signal, the same time must be detected.
Only the very first time this time has to be determined empirically.
