Cinnabon buns

Ingredients

dry yeast 1 sachet (12gr)
warm milk 200ml
egg 2 pcs
margarine (butter) 70g (for dough)
margarine (butter) 50g (for filling)
butter 3 tablespoons (for cream)
white sugar 100g (for dough)
brown sugar 200gr (for filling)
flour 650gr
salt 1h
cinnamon 20gr
powdered sugar 100gr
cream cheese (processed) 50gr

Cooking method

  • 1-dough
  • We dilute the yeast in warm milk, add a little sugar. While the yeast is rising, beat the eggs with sugar, add softened margarine. Add this mixture to the yeast and stir thoroughly. Combine the flour with salt and add to the yeast mixture and knead the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  • 2- filling
  • Combine cinnamon with brown sugar
  • 3 - Roll out the dough into a thin layer, about 3-5 mm, spread melted margarine or butter on the dough and sprinkle with plenty of cinnamon and sugar. Roll into a tight roll and cut to the desired width. We bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • 4-cream
  • softened plums. mix butter with powder and cream cheese.
  • 5- Grease hot buns with cream.
  • It turns out very tasty!
