Note

In the beginning, I tried to cook condensed milk according to THIS recipe. Using the amount of ingredients indicated in the recipe. Everything worked out great in 10 minutes, but for me it was very sweet!
Increased the amount of milk to 500 ml. Left the temperature at 250. The increase in the amount of milk at such a high temperature caused it to clot. (I think so) Because the milk was not just boiling! He was thrown!
This time I didn't risk it. Speed was not important to me. I didn't mix it! The milk turned out to be what you need! The structure is homogeneous, viscous, without lumps.
When cooking, I was guided a little by the measuring scale on the inner wall of the pan. With the addition of sugar and oil, the liquid level rose from 0.5 liters to almost the 1 liter mark. After boiling down, the level dropped again to 0.5. (Slightly less)
She poured the milk into a beautiful jar. The volume and weight of which, unfortunately, I do not know. Looks like 350 ml is for sure! Let's eat or drink milk, find out the volume of the jar and, with a new preparation, also the weight of the resulting product. The jar is full!

Sveta, how beautiful it happened! Now I also want such an aggregate ... But where can I get it? Probably, sooner or later he will appear with us, and thanks to you, I already know that I need it!

Galinochka ! Thank you ! It's so nice to be praised!
I very much also hope that the device will appear in our markets at an adequate price! While the milk was boiling, I managed to redo a bunch of things! And what kind of oatmeal it turns out!
Caprice
I didn’t have a device, just in a saucepan on the stove, cooked this recipe... Indeed, it turns out very sweet. It's not difficult on the stove either, you just have to stir all the time. The next time I, too, as Sveta, will reduce the amount of sugar.

Caprice, I think you can try to cook in a milk jug on the stove. It will turn out like a steam bath. It should not burn and the fire can be made stronger!
Caprice
I cooked on the stove in an ordinary stainless steel saucepan over maximum heat. Nuance: the saucepan must be large enough, since the mass rises high, straight, foams. And interfere all the time. Well, at least no more than 10 minutes

Caprice, When reducing sugar, 10 minutes will not be enough! Alas!
Caprice
Svetik, I'll try
