  • Peel the onion, chop finely.
  • Mushrooms, in my case, frozen, fry in vegetable and butter, add onions.
  • In the meantime, let's take care of the fish. But we will only cut it from the back, and the tummy will remain intact. We cut the fish from the back along the ridge (without cutting 5 centimeters to the end of the tail, so that we get a beautiful "boat" later). We carefully separate the ridge from the fish, cut it off near the tail, so as not to damage the integrity of the carcass. We take out the ridge (near the head, we also carefully cut it off with a knife or scissors) and all the bones. And also the insides. We wash the fish and pat it with a paper towel. We get the finished carcass - "boat".
  • Now we lubricate the fish with vinegar a little inside (you can use lemon juice, it will be softer), salt, add seasoning.
  • In the meantime, we have mushrooms ready.
  • At the bottom of the pan of the mutiva cooker, I put three layers of foil, greased it with vegetable oil, laid the fish, stuffed it, put potato tubers between them, salted them, sprinkled with vegetable oil, sprinkled with grated cheese. I installed the BAKING program (153-157 degrees, 1 hour 30 minutes). After a specified time, the fish is ready. Bon Appetit)))
