Blueberry pie with cottage cheese

Ingredients

Dough
Flour 200 g
Baking powder 2 tsp
Sugar 50 g
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Cottage cheese 80 g
Butter 65 g
Milk 80 ml
Filling
Cottage cheese 500 g
Sugar 130 g
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Big lemon zest
Butter 45 g
Starch 60 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Blueberry 250 g
Sprinkling
Flour 200 g
Sugar 130 g
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Butter 165 g

Cooking method

  • First, prepare the dressing (streusel). We mix flour, sugar, vanilla sugar. Add chilled butter in pieces and chop everything into crumbs. We put it in the refrigerator.
  • For the dough, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, cottage cheese. Again, add chunks of well-chilled butter and chop everything into crumbs. Add milk and knead the dough. You don't need to knead for a long time. We spread the dough in a mold (diameter 29 cm) and level the surface. We put it in the refrigerator.
  • Cooking the filling. Wash the blueberries and dry them. Mix cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, zest, softened butter, starch until smooth. Add eggs and knead everything well. Add a handful of blueberries and mix gently.
  • Preheat the oven to 200about FROM.
  • Put the curd filling in the form with the dough. Level the surface and pour the remaining blueberries on top, spreading them evenly over the surface. We fill everything with a strusel and put it in the oven for 45 minutes.
  • Cool the pie and sprinkle with icing sugar on top.

Note

Very delicate pie with light curd sourness and wonderful blueberry taste.
