1 tsp baking soda
0.5 - 1 tsp baking powder

For a year now, I've been baking this recipe, but I want to tell you, the bread always turns out to be different for some reason. Earlier, I added everything to flour, recently I read the other way around, and now I first pour the liquid, and I bake either on Nikola kvass or add a little water to the kvass.In general, I want to share my recipe, and you, add and experiment to your liking !!! I also baked it on whey, which I have when I make cottage cheese from Eshel. In general, the recipe for 670g and in brackets I will write for a kilogram loaf:
1. Flour +1 or +2 -370g (555)
2. Flour +7. -90 g (135)
3. Liquid (water, kvass, whey or their mixture) -275ml (415)
4. Salt - 1.75 measuring small spoons from the stove (2.5)
5. Dry yeast safmoment - 1.5 small. oven measuring spoons (2,25)
I tried different yeast, I didn't really like it in red packaging. Pour the lukewarm liquid into the mold, add salt, sift the flour and pour yeast on top of the flour. I put on 1 setting, crust or memedium, or strong and wait for the finished bread. Yes, you can also add dried tomatoes and seeds and nuts, whatever you want. Today I baked pure, no additives, in kvass. Awesome tasty turned out !!!!

Since I am an adherent of a healthy diet, I put on 1 kg. flour (a mixture of coarse bran and black flour) 1 tsp. dry yeast, 1c. l. brown sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 35 ml. vegetable oil, about 150 ml. I bring milk and water to 530 ml. It turns out delicious and probably healthy bread. Sometimes I add stuff like seeds. onions, cheese or something. what comes into my head.

I already made yeast dough in it on program number 9.
It turns out much better than manually.
From the dough I made mini-challah buns and pizza, it turned out great.
In addition, she baked bread in milk from a mixture of rye and whole grain flour.
On program 3.

Now, instead of milk, I used water, knead on program 9, bake on program 12.
Another 30 minutes and see what happens.
It went up well for rye bread.
