  • Yesterday I cooked the meat for testing in one large piece - especially for testing, I took rather tough meat and cooked it in manual mode. That is, she set the cooking time herself. And today I thought, thought, what should I do with this meat. As a result, I caught the meat from the broth. She put the broth aside altogether. I cut the meat into 3x3 cm cubes. First, I fried the onions in a pressure cooker - I liked how it browns - it is more powerful than multi and the blush on the products is a bit better. Then I added chopped meat, crushed garlic cloves, seasoning for beef to the fried onions. All this, too, fried a little. I added large chunks of potatoes, poured a little broth, put in a little tomato paste. Stirred. Roofs ku closed as expected, the valve too. The program was chosen by "Beans and Meat". I waited until the program itself worked everything out and let the steam down itself - everything took quite a bit of time, no more than 30 minutes. The potatoes did not fall apart, but the meat turned out to be very soft - and this, I recall, is not of the best quality meat.
  • The result was probably "Home-style roast" - fast and very aromatic and tasty. In general, this pressure cooker is a very good addition to a multicooker.

If the meat is boiled, then in time it is better to focus on the time of cooking potatoes (13 minutes).
