Cocoa cream liqueur (Creme de Cacao)

Ingredients

milk (2.5%) 250 ml
alcohol 65 ml
light rum (BACARDI) 35 ml
Brown sugar 125 g
sugar 125 g
alkalized cocoa powder 75 g
vanilla extract 2 h l

Cooking method

  • 1. Bring the milk to a boil. Mix cocoa powder with two types of sugar.
  • Cocoa cream liqueur (Creme de Cacao)
  • 2. Gradually pour milk into dry ingredients and stir so that no lumps remain. Put on fire, bring everything together to a boil, reduce heat to low and let it boil until lightly thickened (about 3-4 minutes). It is better to do this in a skillet with sufficiently high sides, because the mass increases greatly in volume.
  • Cocoa cream liqueur (Creme de Cacao)
  • 3. Remove the boiled, thickened mass from the heat and cool completely. Then pour in the alcohol, rum, vanilla extract and stir until smooth.

  • 4. Pour the finished liquor into any container convenient for you. Store in refrigerator.

This recipe attracted my attention with its incredible simplicity of execution, and after looking at the price in stores, I decided to try it. And the result exceeded all my expectations. Liqueur is good on its own, and with a cup of coffee, and with ice cream. You can use it in various desserts - add to mousses, fruit salads, creams and layers for cakes, soak biscuit cakes, etc.

I prepared this yummy today. This is something! For chocolate lovers ... Delicate, thick, chocolate ... miracle. I slightly changed the recipe and added vodka as alcohol to compensate for the strength of 250 ml. (Well, I didn't have any alcohol).
And they immediately began to taste. The son took the 500ml bottle with him, and we all tasted the rest together, tasted ... no more.
One of these days I'll make another bottle for the New Year!

If I understand correctly, initially Admin is not in the recipe. So you can take regular cocoa without it.
