My HP (Panasonic 255) worked exactly 4 years 1 month and 6 days - more precisely, on the 6th day (today) a problem arose: I put rye bread and almost at the very beginning of the batch I heard a strange sound. I looked - the scapula does not spin. Disconnected HP, removed the bucket. I see: the plastic drive disk of the blade drive (I'm not sure what it's called that way, but this is the "nest" where the bucket is inserted) is destroyed, instead of it - pieces of plastic. Everything else seems to be in order. Has anyone had such a breakdown? Tomorrow I will call the service (my husband found something like a phone on the internet) ...

Eh, wow! When I carefully examined the "Panasonic", I was surprised why such an important part is made of plastic. Moreover, she has to knead a tough dough on dumplings ... I hope that your case is extremely rare.

And I hope not very much ... Well, in the sense that servicemen will not fall into a stupor.

I bought my toy, as the children call it, in June 2009. I still haven't played enough. I bake bread often, guests don't leave without bread, they wait, if they haven't baked it beforehand. The punctures were only my fault. Of course, the back cover turned yellow, but I read that it was for everyone. I hardly use a dispenser. A small scratch (in a circle) on the bottom of the bucket, read what could be due to seeds? Score -5, for the above.

I mean, these stoves do not sin (let's hope!) With such breakdowns too often. And what to do with such a "injury" in a decent service center, of course, you should know. Good luck!
