How do you assess the reliability of new models Panasonic-254, Panasonic-255 and old ones (Panasonic-207, Panasonic-253)?
The question arose in connection with the appearance in the "Operation - Panasonic" section of questions related to the reliability of the latest modification of bread makers, and not typical for Panasonic previous models.

And I did not see any dramatic situations with panasiks in anyone except ARAB. Explain what "reliability issues" are we discussing?
Aglo
va_dim faced the same problems as ARAB.

due to a pale crust in all modes.

We do not discuss "reliability issues".

The purpose of this thread is:
a) determine (at least approximately) the ratio of the number of owners of new Panasonic and old ones.
b) determine the degree of user satisfaction with the reliability of new models.
c) determine the contribution of the owners of new Panasonic to the brand rating in the survey

It would be nice if the voters reported the time of purchase of the stove (with an accuracy of at least a month)
Eh, I gave a little, I should have offered it right away.

I have Pans. 255, bought on January 5 this year, we bake bread every day,
often used for making dough. Total by my count
the stove worked somewhere about 140 times, my reviews are only positive, that I don't like it, I already wrote, but this is a trifle that can be circumvented.

I give the mark: 4.9 points on a five-point scale.

I bought my Panasik 255 in April 2007. On my recommendation, this stove was purchased by three more of my female relatives.
The last of these 4 stoves was purchased two months ago.
None of these 4 ovens had any problems in operation, although we use them quite actively - we bake bread all the time, knead the dough for pies and dumplings, for Easter I made 4 kneads of dough for Easter cakes in one day.
Everyone is very happy with the purchase, we are constantly exchanging successful recipes.
And I don't have to blush for my recommendation - the bread is great, so is the dough.
In one familiar family, the husband took over the work with the bread maker. Very far from cooking himself, he now bakes excellent bread and is proud of his new qualifications.
By the way, I remembered that another close relative of mine in another city bought a Panasik on my tip.
He also greatly admires. Thus, in front of my eyes, the operation of five stoves proceeds.
Score - 5 points!

My stove has been running for 8 months now. I am very happy, does everything I ask. Clever girl! If something does not work out, then it is my fault: the flour is bad, then the yeast, then something else.

I bought mine on March 8, 2008 in the Eldorado store. I am very satisfied. Grade 5.

My stove will be 4 years old in the fall. It works great, there have never been any problems. Score -5 points.

I bought the oven on July 20, 2007, I bake it often, and even more often I knead the dough into pies. I am very satisfied. Score - 5 points

My bread maker is 1.5 years old. Works great. I bake almost every day, knead the dough. Everything is always fine. During this time, there have never been any punctures (the baking quality is always at the highest level).

I bought mine on February 22, 2008. I use it very often. Almost every other day. There were no problems !!!

My HP was purchased in December 2007. Everything is fine.

For the most part, the owners of new models vote. The owners of old models leave feedback, but not everyone seems to vote. Number 4 in voting for old Panasonic has been holding for several days, despite the fact that new reviews of owners of previous Panasonic models appear. Unless, of course, this is not the reviews of those who voted before April 30, when a desire was expressed to indicate the date of purchase of the stove.
Elena Bo
Yes, I voted before, but it was only today that I came to a recall.

And my stove began to fail. The warranty period has recently expired and
became capricious.
I turn on the program (main, rye, French), the stove immediately switches to the BAKING mode. I tried to put on a timer, the same thing. If you first turn on the PELMENI program, where there is no heating, then it then starts working normally in other modes. However, this does not always help.
Now I think what to do: contact a service center for repair, or buy a new one. I read somewhere on the forum that they demanded to pay 3000 rubles for replacing the program unit. If so, it's best to buy a new one.

I bought my stove, Panasonic-255, at the end of April 2007. For a year of work, there are no complaints. Everything is great.

More than a year Panasonic 253, a week ago I bought 255. There are no complaints about both. Definitely 5

The Panasonic SD-254 oven was bought recently, only on February 6, 2009 in the online store. The position of the ten was offset relative to the walls of the case, the bucket was not fixed ideally - the walls were not parallel to the walls of the case. BUT baked perfectly, hummed softly. On the fifth loaf, it creaked during kneading and out of inexperience and fear, I quickly changed it to a similar one. The new furnace was received on February 19, 2009. In the second model, an extraneous sound was detected during kneading immediately, which I now attribute to the greater backlash of the blade on the shaft compared to the first furnace, which causes its beating. BUT, moreover: in the second oven there is a much lower rise of the dough, from which I draw a conclusion about a lower temperature at this stage of baking, and during baking, the thermal relay constantly clicks, turning the heating on and off, and the color of the side surfaces of the finished product is uneven - in the upper parts of dark baked spots. While the first stove very clearly formed a kind of mound in the middle of the form during the last kneading, in the second stove the bread turns out to be crooked, you have to correct its shape manually, so you cannot put it overnight. I emphasize: I am talking about constant phenomena when baking from the same ingredients of the main bread, size L, with a medium crust, and not a one-time baking result. Now I seem to be successfully negotiating the return of the first stove, I would rather agree to a creak. But the creak due to the displacement of the belt in the service center has already been corrected and now it worries me that after disassembly in the service center something else could have changed in the operation of the first bread machine.
Maybe it was just such an unsuccessful game? But the release date of the first bread maker is 09.10.08, the second - 03.09.08. With such an unsuccessful comparison of 2 samples of the same brand of such a Brand, I only got the impression that the quality of household appliances is decreasing over the years. Before that, I had already encountered a similar phenomenon when choosing a sewing machine (I wanted to take Husquarna, but they write about the latest models that they are too capricious, while there are many rave reviews about the old models).

We bought our stove in November 2008. No complaints. He bakes regularly even twice a day, kneads the dough. Score 5 points.

I'm also delighted with my 255. Now she does bread several times a week. And what kind of dough. Delight

In the second model, an extraneous sound was detected during kneading immediately, which I now attribute to the greater backlash of the blade on the shaft compared to the first furnace, which causes its beating.

In the topic "Blade play on the shaft" remdo measured the backlash angle - 34 degrees. I have a little over 30. There is nothing wrong with this, and even more so it does not lead to beats, because.the load during mixing is directed in one direction and is more or less constant.

I bought Panasik 253 in the first decade of February last year.
Since then I live and enjoy such a glorious bread every day !!!
I bake bread about once every two days - with the presence of good ingredients, the baking result is always perfect.
Score 5 points. Last Sunday, after tasting my bread, a friend bought a Panasonic 255 (253 was not available) ...

I bought a Panasonic 255 in early February, baked bread and wheat and rye several times already. At first there were problems, but only related to the proportions of ingredients, so just in case I bought an electronic kitchen scale. Now I enjoy it - the bread is just a miracle !!!!!!!! We do not buy now, we eat our own, home, the whole family is happy) 5 points!

I made a mistake and voted incorrectly I pressed the last button
instead of the penultimate one, as I understood, it cannot be fixed
In one word, the bread maker works super smoothly

I have 253, except that the dispenser dumps the contents with a wild rumble and without any beep, no complaints. I don't use it, so I fall asleep.

I bought a Panasonic-255 oven in September 2007, it performs its functions well, but there is one problem, the ceramic bracket that holds the ten is broken off, although this does not interfere with baking.

Hurrah!!! 10 days ago purchased Panasonic-254. I wandered on the Internet for a long time - I chose, compared, read your reviews and bought something that really matches the reviews: "The most perfect x / stove." Every day I bake bread (even though my husband and I don't eat much, but we have a daughter and family, my mother treats me), muffins. At first I was stupid: I would mix up the amount of water (I will take a roll from a different size), then I will add more flour. I learned (many thanks to all of you!) To keep an eye on the kolobok and, despite all my "tricks" to spoil the bread, this did not happen. After 3 days I bought an email. scales, a mug-sieve, all sorts of primbabasy and now I consider myself a "baker's user". Just kidding. Every day I go to the site and read all your messages, it's very great that you are all so friendly here, respond to any cry from the heart and help with advice, share your proven recipes. As soon as I develop my recipe for something, I try it more than once, I will immediately let you know. And now I have a question for you. Please tell me if someone adds pharmaceutical wheat bran (which is such balls in a package) to bread, if "yes", then how much. And I still have many questions to arise. Now I have friends that I can (I think) count on.

Congratulations,Tagnola . With a great purchase!
I didn't buy any pharmacy bran, but when I came to the pharmacy to buy them, I opted for Siberian fiber, a berry-cereal mix supercranberry. Packaging - white plastic jar, 280 g. Price - 63 rubles. I read the information on the packaging and bought it. Added 3 tbsp. l. from HP. Good luck!

Panasonic 253 has been living since 2004. Rye bread was baked all the time, so heavy use was present.
- motor and control are alive 100%
- the bucket was not scratched much, but in the corners the coating began to bubble up (all this is recent)
- the plastic of the case is slightly rusty in places where hot air comes out.
- they broke the latch at the dispenser and had to take it out completely.

Overall, the score is 5.

But since yesterday I am joining the ranks of users of the programmable Delongy 125. Let's see ...
(at first glance - Panasonic's reliability will obviously not be there)

I have been the proud owner of SD-207 for over 5 years. There are no complaints about the quality!
The bottom of the bucket was slightly scratched, the plastic slightly darkened in the place where the hot air came out. Creaks when kneading. And yet, on the shoulder blade a couple of times they sank with a knife. So what? Teflon does not peel off, the bucket does not flow, does not affect the quality of the product !!!
The device is simple and unpretentious like a Kalashnikov assault rifle.
I see no reason to change to something else. I did not feel the need for a dispenser nirazu.
The only thing I don't like is the principle of setting the timer. But in the new models it is the same.
I give a solid 5 points.
On my recommendation, acquaintances bought SD-207, 2 pieces of SD-253 and 2 pieces. 255's. Nobody complained. Everyone is happy with everything!

When setting the timer for delayed baking, I do not like to calculate the time from the current time to when the bread is ready every time. From my point of view, it is more logical to choose the date and time when and at what time I need fresh bread, and let the stove count for itself. Happy
Well, maybe I am in vain find fault, I just feel some discomfort.

If every time you look at the dial with a smile and count out loud, looking at each digit until the time you want to take the bread out of the HP, then the number that will sound at this time is the number that you will set on the timer! And our Panasonic is a miracle of HP!

Well, it looks like my stove has broken ...
Panasonic SD-254 lived for 1 year and 3 months.
There is no power in the engine to spin the kolobok. The scapula can be held by hand freely. The engine hums, but barely turns. Ten is working. Have to carry to the service. That's so sad. Most likely something with "brains".
sazalexter
Lenok_cn Rather, the problem is in the mixer unit, you need to try to twist it by hand on the mixer but without HP, it should be crumbled quite freely. If with effort it is in the knot, it can be replaced separately from the bucket. There is even a number in the manual Part No. ADA29А115
Lenok_cn

Sadly, everything rotates by hand freely and smoothly. There is simply not enough power when working. But why? ... Either the engine (visually no fault was found), or the brains do not provide the required current. We'll go to the service in a week.
Lenok_cn
Today they took the stove from the service! HURRAH! Renovated! As it is written in the receipt - "capacitor replacement". Already put the bread, kneaded perfectly, just like new!
The repair cost 84 UAH: 4 UAH - capacitor and 80 UAH - disassembly-assembly. Here!

My Panasonic-255 stove is almost 2 years old. A year ago, she began to burn a crust in sweet butter bread. On the rye program, the crust was somehow clearly burnt. In French, the crust is too thick. That is, the problem is felt in modes with an increased baking temperature. But rye baking is very rare, it will be necessary to check now. When I bake sweet, I turn it off a little earlier. With the onset of winter, it seemed that the stove had improved a little, but it was more likely that the temperature in the kitchen had dropped. I didn't go to the service - laziness, the problem is more in the programs I don't use.But it's still unpleasant, at the beginning everything was fine, but it lasted less than a year of non-emergency use.

By the way, the pan from the Panasonic multicooker began to climb after 1.5 years of work. It is also not very pleasant, because I cannot imagine life without her
Lenok_cn
We just pulled out the first loaf after renovation! Well this is a completely different matter! And kneaded (light) and baked (high)!
Quote: sazalexter

Lenok_cn Congratulations on a successful renovation! And it’s not very expensive. It would be cool to know its face value and where it stood!
The denomination of the conductor in the service refused to be named as its location, alas! This is probably a big secret!
BlackHairedGirl
Well, yes, why should they take their own bread
Lenok_cn , congratulations on the renovation! God grant that there was the first and the last

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Once again, we acutely felt the difference between homemade bread and store-bought bread!
