We bought a bucket for VM 450 today, but it does not fit our HP (they said in the service that HP was bought in 2009, but we were told that there are only one type of bucket and this is the result) .... Now we are thinking where to attach it. .. Maybe someone will buy, we will give it back for the same price as we took 1600 rubles (the check is attached, the date of purchase on it is today). Sorry if I'm writing to the wrong section
Wow! And how does it differ from the old ones? That's how we all get there

This bucket needs to be returned to where you bought it, and the service needs to learn the mat part, 🔗bowls, here the difference is visible to the "naked eye" Kenwood Parts and Service if you don't want to kindly contact Kenwood DeLongy with an official letter, and then you can go to the Consumer Rights Society! In principle, you do not have to know what bucket is there, this is the task of the SC, to sell you what you need, and if they do not know, then this is their problem
Sonka
On Monday we will try to return, again drags into this service, some kind of horror
OJGG
It turns out that now you can't buy buckets for old HP (only 2 years old)!
Sonka
I took out our old bucket and saw that it was a new sample, BUT on the photo you can see that there are such irregularities on the teeth that are on the round. Our old bucket also has it. But on the new one, no !!!!! Maybe a marriage. Well, in short, friends, we waited a month for this unfortunate bucket, which turned out to be defective. We decided not to wait any longer. And today we bought a new HP, congratulations)))))))) Panas 2502)))))))
OJGG
Congratulations! And what is your impression after Kenwood?
Sonka
So far, no way, the first bread has not yet been baked, there is still an hour before the end of the program))))) Of course, after Kenwood, Panas seems like a miserable bucket. HOWEVER: it works much quieter, that's a fact. The bucket is somehow more serious, heavier. And of course the measuring spoon and the glass are better, the marks are not drawn on them, but knocked out, that is, they will not be erased over time, as happened with the Kenwoods. What's interesting: Panasonic recommends loading dry ingredients first, and then water. I'm thinking, can this affect the life of the bucket? Maybe in Kenwood it was necessary to spit on the instructions and first pour the flour, and then pour the water? Knowledgeable people tell me

People, just mind not laughing

But this is how my husband repaired the bucket today, after it got lost, it’s straight, it’s strange where the little piece of iron went. I transferred the bucket a couple of meters from the HP to the table and there are no parts, they looked everywhere. I bake bread in the oven, in HP the dough is only suitable.
With a bucket of troubles, I wrote here Kenwood Parts and Service
I cut out a circle from the nylon cover, which is tightly put on the shaft and it does not fall out along with the contents
On Monday I will go to a new HP, and I will take an inexpensive one, knead the dough for bread, rolls, pies, any bread machine can handle it.
Yes, and now it's scary to buy a bucket after the message from Sonka

And I somehow lost sight of this recommendation and always load dry first, and then water - you won't pour extra water ...

Who can tell you where in Moscow you can buy a mixer for the Kenwood BM250 (a blade that fits on the stove shaft)? His, apparently, lost somewhere. Do not buy a new stove because of this. I saw offers in online stores, but + delivery. Total in no way less than 700 rubles. comes out, but the detail is small.

Please tell me where in Ukraine to buy a bucket for Kenwood 256.

Hello! I understand correctly, if my bucket is leaking (i.e. jams, liquid appears in a glass under the bucket) - is it a problem in the gland (orange gum)? And the second question: is it possible to fix this at home or be sure to drag it to the workshop?

It is possible to repair the bucket, but it is difficult, for this you need a man with straight arms growing from the right place, and the oil seal is preferably original from your HP, instructions are here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=32099.0 and here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=36855.0 or replace the bucket with a new one.
Ekaterina_1978
Thank you very much !!! : rose: I'll open the repair manual to my husband - I think I can handle it))))). True, when I installed the dishwasher, I drilled a hose from the washer. Well, if it’s hard to repair, I’ll "peck" you with questions, excuse me ... Now it remains only to find the oil seal! Thanks again!

Since you are in our warm group, this is not a problem at all. If you don’t find it somewhere nearby, we can send it through our channels even to the ends of the earth, even to the edge ... "Our organization has long arms ... We will give you a revolver, you will shoot back ..."

I, of course, wildly apologize, but I could not find the oil seal (native). According to the links that are given on the forum, either this is not Moscow, or they do not deal with spare parts, only the sale of bread machines. Maybe then it really makes sense (as mentioned here) to look at a suitable gum on the car market?

Ekaterina_1978, I myself and my parents to HP Kenwood (models 210 and 340) bought buckets and a mixer on this site 🔗 , I live in Ukraine. Whether they are engaged in shipping to Russia - I don't know. In the contacts section, they have Skype, ICQ, and the email address. mail. Try to contact them, they can help you.
I first wrote to them on Skype, but I received the answer already a week later, during which time I managed to order everything by phone.

All!!! I made an order! Now I'm waiting for delivery. Their lid costs UAH 269.
Keira
sazalexter Well, I didn't find any spare parts for bread makers on the "Order" website
On ibs delivery in Ukraine ...
At my Kenwood 250 today, the stirrer broke, well, the stirrer is jammed (often this already happens) after baking (although I pour boiling water from a thermopot immediately after baking), well, we will usually soak and crank it further into battle, and today, after soaking, my husband pulled and broke the mixer. .. So I think the bucket has already been used for 3.5 years of constant use and it would be replaced. I found it on one site for 1600 rubles, a little expensive ... + delivery ... Does the bucket come with a stirrer or do you need to take it separately?
So far I went to the store for bread, although no one wants to eat at the wheat store, only rye, and even then not everyone.

And my mother-in-law threw out a mixer from Kenwood 150 by accident three years ago, and her father-in-law carved her out of the door hinge to this day.
sazalexter
Keira "Order" has stopped selling spare parts. The simplest thing is to order through the service, though it can take a long time ...
Flector
can someone help.
the mixer for the purchased bread maker was lost, I had to wool the shops.
at an adequate price found all spare parts only in English Kenwood Parts and Service

For some reason, the colors on the site are crooked, in fact the buckets and stirrers came in regular colors.
The package looked like it was played at football, but everything inside is intact - everything was wrapped in bubble wrap.
Twist and lock type is a new mount (a couple of years ago, the same 450 bread maker had a different mount).

of the disadvantages - VAT is not returned
and the stirrers are loosely inserted into the mount - we managed to use the bread maker only a couple of times, I just don't remember tightly whether the stirrer was inserted into the bucket or not - someone will enlighten me about this?

a round bucket for cakes with its own mixer was on - also not tight enough.
I do not think that it will hurt to knead, but I just want to dispel doubts.
grinaty
Flector, happy for you! I wish the acquisitions to serve for a long time
As for the mixer, I also have it on the shaft with some play, scrolling a little. Dough is stuffed into the resulting gap, so removing the mixer is then a problem. You have to hold the shaft mount with your left hand at the bottom of the bucket, and remove the mixer with your right movement to the right and left. Now I am all in thought - maybe because of this, I have already got out of order as much as 2 buckets (in 2 years !!)? A???
Yes, the buckets leaked, but not because of the wear of the stuffing box, as my husband discovered when he disassembled the bucket, but because of the breakage of the retaining ring (washer or "whatever they call it") - shorter than the thing that prevents the shaft from falling out.I apologize in advance for any technical inaccuracies and ask you not to laugh too much - maybe I misunderstood. In short, my husband revived my first bucket, which was waiting in the wings on the mezzanine. I use HP to make dough - I haven't baked in it for over a year now, I switched to the oven. While the flight is normal

Thanks now I'm trying - everything seems to be in the way.
But what about removing the stirrer, the problem is how?
it remains strictly in my bread, it has never remained in the bucket.

And I have the opposite - always in a bucket, while the loaf had a "hole with a whole window" To make the bread look decent, I had to take out the mixer after kneading before proofing. I'm tired, so I switched to the oven!
LexW
The parents began to fall out the shaft on the BM-350, after reading the options for solving the problem, I decided not to open it for now, but to repair the shaft in a simple way - I put a rubber seal on it (I don't know why, the oil seal is frameless, without a spring - just a dense rubber band in the form of a donut ), 3 months of operation without problems.
But he considered it necessary to insure himself by the presence of a second bucket. After surfing the Internet, I was convinced that it was cheaper than 2000 rubles. buy with delivery to Oryol will not work, then I used the advice Flector, for which thanks to him, and ordered for 🔗 a bucket for 19.99 pounds sterling plus shipping 7.99 pounds (total 27.98) - cost 1411 rubles. I ordered it on January 17, it came on February 12.
The bucket was packed in a bubble wrap bag (1.5 layers) and put in a cardboard box with the density of United Bakers-United Confectioners, i.e. the cardboard is rather weak. The box was badly deformed, I thought the khan's bucket should be returned. Having printed it, I saw that it was rather alive than ..., in general, it was slightly flattened at the top and became not rectangular, but slightly parallelepiped. With a little force on the protruding corners, the bucket resumed its original shape.
Our Russian Post shook the parcel - you don't need to go to a single grandmother. White tape 4.5 cm wide with the inscription in red letters FRAGILE passes through the entire parcel. Therefore, both from England and from Moscow the risk of getting scrap metal is the same.
As gifts, a branded pen and a £ 60 voucher were included in the package to partially pay for the goods from the website of a partner selling selected alcohol, but they do not deliver outside the UK (pichalka).
In general, I join the council Flector, there you can buy, without cheating, a large selection of spare parts not only for Kenwoods and not only for bread makers.
CHECKED: no mines!

Gentlemen, help out!

My hard worker bm450 suffered during the move - the apartment was flooded, and she was standing on the floor.Oddly enough, the electrician was not injured, and the bucket was damaged - I don't know what this little thing is called - the "propeller" inside the bucket drive coupling, which transfers rotation from the motor to the mixer, oxidized and glued the bucket to the stove. During the repair, they were separated, cleaned, oiled, but the "propeller" itself crumbled into dust.

Help, maybe someone knows where this thing can be bought? Or at least what is it called so that I know what to ask? I don't want to change the bucket because of her (yes, it's expensive); change the entire clutch too ...
sazalexter
Shurka80As far as I understand, this impeller is not supplied separately, only the complete bucket. Try to contact the service, maybe they will find it from a used bucket.
Shurka80
Thank you))) I will at least know that this detail is an impeller
Shurka80
Thank you))) I would at least know that this part is called an impeller. I don’t think it’s super original and is used only in HP Kenwood, I’ll just try to look for it as an independent unit)))
sazalexter
Shurka80, For most HP, the parts that are attached to the bucket change with the bucket, with the exception of Panasonic, in which the mixer unit can be changed separately from the bucket. In general, if you find only from the old bucket, as I said.

Hello. Such a thing, one of the control blades of the drive has broken. that is, one of the two, which the shaft in the bucket set in motion. The bucket had already started leaking, bought a new one, wanted to change it and without much effort broke off this "mustache", it turned out that it was already broken and could hardly hold on judging by the breakdown. Is it possible to buy and change it somewhere? I can’t find, according to my requests I can’t find anything similar. I took a photo from the Internet, the essence of the drive is the same, but the "mustache" is rotated 90 degrees.
