Hello, I have been on the site for almost a month since the day I bought HP, I read a lot of recipes, recommendations, etc. But I would like to ask the opinion of those who bake bread in Kenwood 350 or 250. I understand that the recipe can be adjusted to any stove, but all the same, all the stoves are different. Respond
Batterfly
Hey everyone! The bread turns out to be awesome, I don't buy bread in the store from the day I bought HP, I just bake it! relatives and friends of the kada come and ask to wrap a dry ration. so buy HP! That's great!
Cheri
and according to what recipes do you bake according to what is here on the forum or is there any recipe of your own?
Niseema
I repeat: I bought Kenwood 250 as a gift to my parents, now, I am mastering it - I have already baked 3 loaves - VERY SATISFIED !!!
The first one was just wheat on the first program, according to the original recipe from the book, the second - French without butter and sugar - it turned out just WOW, I didn't expect it, but today I baked rye with sourdough and whole-grain flour of my own invention on the third program - it turned out just perfect.
Nice stove, only 480 watts and for a hundred bucks - such a pleasure!
Tomorrow I will bake milk bread.
Most of the recipes are excellently baked in any ovens - and they write a lot about this on the forum, in any case, I could not distinguish the quality of bread from the one baked according to the same recipes in my Delongey.

I have Kenwood for over a year. I use all the recipes in a row - both from the instructions and from the forum. I am always happy with the result. Sometimes I adjust according to the number of ingredients (I only bake small loaves), while focusing on the proportions of the main recipe.

Kenwood 350 is just super, reliability in English. I take the recipes from the site, filter some immediately, try the rest, and if it turns out superbly, I write it down in my recipe book. At the moment, I'm bastard from Elena Bo's Easter cake, from Italian with basil. But on what program to bake, I adjust the recipe in accordance with the oven. For example, cake, they write, bake on the main program, and I on the program sweet bread, because there is a lot of sugar, and Italian is on the main one. Everything is very simple. And even a good bread, especially a multi-grain one, from the manual. And of course, from the disc that came with the bread maker. I'm OOOOOOOVery happy that I gave myself a stove, especially kenwood !!!!!!!!!!!!
GAlexV
I do it best in the "Sweet bread" mode (I like to mix in a bunch of sweet additives).
But for some reason I can't work with the French program (regardless of the recipe).
mesovasco
that does not work? French bread? maybe the recipe is wrong? or flour? here is the recipe i use:
French bread

dry yeast 1 teaspoon
flour 2.5 measuring cups
butter 1 table. the spoon
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
powdered milk 1.5 tablespoons
sugar 1 teaspoon
water 250.0
weight - 500 gr
GAlexV
Thank you! I will also try this recipe. Although in a very similar way, I did not get anything particularly tasty. Bread on program (4) "French" comes out wet and the roof sags. It is quite edible, but it reaches for a knife the next day.
The gingerbread man turns out to be normal, the dough grows according to plan. Roof formation is normal. In the first minutes of baking, the roof subsides sharply and after 10-15 minutes from the start of baking it becomes concave inward by 2 centimeters. I cannot understand the reason for this. At the same time, bread baked according to the same recipe, but on program (1) "White bread" turns out to be normal!

Maybe you really try to change the flour or yeast, and not the bread maker?
Cheri
Tell me, did you bake some kind of bread on the Pastry program and what kind of dough should you bake on it?
Cheri
When I bought HP I wondered what kind of program is this "PEROZHNOE" (inscription on the sticker)? But it turns out that this is the program "KEKS" (description in the instructions), I already thought that the manufacturer deprived this module of this mode. Tell me, do you make cupcakes?

Yes? and where is it indicated in the instructions? I did not see where in Russian. language, on page 76 begins? so the regimes are simply painted there, but it is indicated that Pastry is "Bread and cakes from yeast-free dough." And not a word about cupcakes, well, it's good that I "guessed" with the cupcake

but on the advice Elena Bo, thanks, I reduced a little water and added a little flour in the process and it came out:
Differences Kenwood ВМ350 or 250
I haven’t tasted it yet, but it looks nothing, it is cooling down for now, and then we will try.
Tell me more about its storage, what to do, like ordinary bread - a bag?
Elena Bo
kostik79, I gave you a link. There is about a bun (there is still a lot of water), and about storage, and a lot of other useful things.
Do you measure flour with glasses? So, keep an eye on the kolobok, and you will also find how it should look at the link.
The second attempt is certainly a little better than the first, but it's not bread yet.

Why? Well this is half a kilo, and it tastes good ???

What does the weight have to do with it? Quality bread is immediately visible from the outside. It is ruddy, with a convex roof.

I am not picking on you. I want you to learn how to bake GOOD bread.

Hello. I am a beginner too, I have a kenwood 350 too. I am very pleased with my choice. Already managed to bake butter cake according to Elena Bo's recipe. I liked it very much, thanks for the recipe. The bread also turned out great! Prescription from Kenwood. Baked on the 5th program. Weight 750g. the crust is dark.
water 300 ml.
sunflower oil. 1 tbsp. l
flour 450g.
salt 1.5 tsp l
sugar 2 tbsp. l
Saf-moment yeast 1.5 tsp
you can add more milk powder 1.5 tbsp. l. but without it, too, very good bread turns out. I did both.
the dough is a little soft during the kneading process, but do not be afraid the bread turns out to be very tasty, the inside is airy and the crust is crispy.
Good luck!
I hope you succeed.
Cheri
kostik79, try to bake the easiest bread from the recipe book that is on disk page 1. Good luck !!!

I join the community of kenwood owners))))) my husband gave me a wedding anniversary n6a bread maker.I have been translating products for a week now)))) I don't have time to try - everyone at home eats everything. stores have never heard of whole grain. In general, we spin as we can.

Congratulations. I'm very happy with mine too. until I knew about the forum, I only baked white, but now I'm experimenting with such recipes. thanks to our experienced bakers.

I and my family like bread from green tea very much, only I do not give feathers of garlic. The bread is just superb, especially with Dr. Oetker yeast. And from the recipe book, a super-duper bread - multigrain It is called so because poppy seeds, sesame seeds, seeds, pumpkin seeds are added after the signal. Weight per 750 gr. very good. Soft, airy, flies away in half an hour. And French, there is only flour, water, salt and yeast on the forum. First thought it would come out? And it turned out - real French, with a crispy crust, and a soft and airy crumb
jelena81
Yeah, French bread is great)))) I also doubted at the beginning that it would work. And it turned out just fine. Now I'm experimenting with rye. judging by the smell, the experiment was a success))))

Hello bakers!
In general, I am an unhappy owner of a Kenwood 350. I bought it on Wednesday, tried the bread today, and tomorrow I am bringing the machine back. I'm not a beginner in baking (I bake in an ordinary gas oven), so I didn't have any problems with kneading, the bread grew great too, just my heart was happy. But when the time allotted for the baking program ran out, I got the same dough, perfect, but not baked at all. The heating element just didn't turn on! To shorten the sad story, I will only say that it did not turn on under another regime.
But the oddities of my apparatus did not end there. I took a closer look at it, and noticed that from Kenwood 350 it has only the color "stainless steel", and the control panel is from Kenwood 250. The latter surprised me more than the non-heating heating element.
So tomorrow I'll say goodbye to this hybrid and go look for a new bread maker. And I will look more meticulous on this horse in the teeth.

Hello everybody! For two weeks we have HP 350, the whole family, and often the guests, are delighted with homemade bread. But so far I was baking only from white Kulindorovskaya flour. And a couple of days ago I found oatmeal, like I found the recipe for it, but the bread turned out to be very low (5-6 cm in height), that is, it did not rise at all! Maybe someone will tell you the features with a different flour, it is interesting to try different things, I found oatmeal, buckwheat and corn in Odessa. And I can't find rye, the sellers look at me as if I were wild!
Yesterday I added 50 g of oat flour to the recipe for white bread in Italian, the bread rose, delicious, but not as fluffy as on regular white! Tell me please!
Tanyusha
irisa follow the link in the topic: FLOUR, CEREALS, BRAN, SPROUT, STARCH - TYPES AND PROPERTIES https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=5064.0, everything is written there about oatmeal and you will understand why YOU didn’t get bread.
fugaska
and there is no rye flour in Odessa stores yet, we must wait for a new harvest. there is one shop, but it is for wholesale buyers - there is everything for bakers, including rye flour. go to Temka "Odessa", look through it https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=1630.58

Good day! My name is Love, and my HP is Kenwood 350
We have been together for 2 days. We get used to each other. We have already baked plain white bread on the first program. It was easy and pleasant - I did everything that was supposed to me, Kenwood - that he needed to do and ... we got a gorgeous red-haired beauty loaf weighing 1 kg. Eh, I had to take a picture ... Very soft, with a crispy crust, but not salty for some reason. But this is not at all scary (probably because the salt was solid, not ordinary).
This morning I promised my family to bake a cupcake and ....... I'm still here. Everything is very interesting, tasty, warm. Take me to you?

We've been together for 2 days .. Take me to your place?
Welcome to the forum! We are always glad to all newcomers! Please join, write, read!
And I noticed a long time ago, the salt is now strange, it is generally impossible to salt food in a normal way, either oversalted or undersalted. You try it, you can feel it as a semi-finished product. Salt more, cook it, already salted. And sometimes it remains so undersalted. I don't even know how to explain ...
ljubietta
Thank you for your hospitality!
Now we are baking charlotte! Another 20 minutes left! My daughter looked into Kenya's window (that's what we called our HP) and says: "Mom, it's cooking so delicious there !!!"
I ask her: "Do you know WHAT THIS is being prepared there?"
Ninusha: "Of course! It's scrambled eggs !!
I :" !"
She: "No, of course not scrambled eggs! It's AM-YEARS!"
So we are waiting for our AM-LETTER (charlotte)

14:00.
So there is no more charlotte ...
It was such a taste, such a crisp crust! Like an almond cake straight. And all baked on "5+". It melted straight in my mouth ... it melted, melted and ... all melted ...
It's a pity that I don't know how to insert pictures into the text (maybe teach me). I will attach a photo as an attachment.

Now I really want dumplings!
I told my husband about the dough rolling machine. He told me about lip-rolling. Nothing! Homemade dumplings have never left anyone indifferent! Buy! How to drink to give!

Eugenia, Here is the prescription. The first one I found in the recipe section. Simple and delicious. Thank you Zoychik.
Wish you luck!
Today I will bake orange bread. (Yesterday in "Paterson" I bought Paterson flour at 32 rubles per kg and oranges - 56 rubles per kg, sorry for the offs)
I'm just happy!
Our Keni is the best!
Eugenia
Thank you very much for the recipe, and how many minutes to bake in the oven? And also tell me please, what consistency should the dough for charlotte be? Thank you
ljubietta
Eugenia,
I baked the charlotte for the first time for 1 hour and 30 minutes (this is exactly as the recipe says. peels) and candied pieces of some pineapples and some other exotic (in "Auchan2 I bought by weight for a long time and forgot about them). So I put all this in the dough before starting to bake it. Set for 1 hour 10 minutes - everything was also perfectly baked. True, I didn't find an orange in the charlotte.

And the consistency of the dough, like sour cream of medium density, I got it.
Wish you luck!

Help me plizzz !!! Lost a disc with recipes for HP Kenwood 350! on their website in English only. Please send on! Thank you in advance!

wert09, I baked only one from the instructions, and the last bread is French. Although the bread turned out, I did not bake more from Kenwood's instructions, which I do not regret. The site contains hundreds of recipes, much more interesting.

Good day! Kenwood 250 bought a month ago. translated a mountain of food, but still nothing comes out. on the forum I read everything about the bun and how to add flour. now, thanks a lot to Elena Bo, I find out that the recipe contains an error in the amount of water. hoya, suspecting something similar, yesterday tried to bake per kilogram (well, you never know) again the same thing. did not rise, did not blush, damp ... like the bone in the second photo. tried other modes as well. here the sweet one tasted more decently than the others, but weiiid ... the same.
But I do not lose heart. I will now run a small oven with a reduced amount of water. then I'll tell you what happened :(.
angeltory
it's me again. baked my khebushek with the corrected amount of water according to your advice. aromaaaat worth uhh, and the view is decent. browned. rose. though the top of the head is a little uneven, on one side. but just a little. can it be cool? I added a lot of flour to the bun.

Hello, forum users, bakers! I, like you, bought Kenwood 250 (my wife got it as a gift for her birthday), but I feel that I will bake myself Yesterday my wife and I tried to bake the most ordinary bread, and ..... lo and behold! .... IT HAS BEEN WORKED!
The first loaf melted (thanks to the children) very quickly Sednya put another batch in the morning, so I sit and wait for the results
By the way, when I baked the first loaf, I was very worried that without scales and an exact dosage, nothing would come of it, but after counting the weight of the flour on the measuring cup that came with the kit, everything worked out! So I think, why do I need these scales ...
kinski
Scales are sometimes very useful))) But I don't use them in making ordinary bread ... paying more attention to the kolobok (such a topic is on the forum in the section for beginners)
In general, I congratulate you on a useful purchase)))

Thanks for the compliments! I read about the formation of a kolobok, he will not run away from me. And the purchase is really useful, and most importantly - it's delicious! We'll have to buy a bag of flour ...
kinski
I already have flour in all corners))
I even bought special containers for myself, for flour))) for ease of use))
olekko
I thought again ... and I bought a scale. Indeed, very good. useful vesch in the household! It is now much easier to measure ingredients according to recipes. And at the same time he bought a strainer and began to sift the flour. The bread became more fluffy, the dough rises better. So, do not neglect the little things!
Frosya5115
I also bought two weeks ago and nothing AT ALL worked out, everything was in the trash, then I read you all, yesterday I bought a scale and here I’m baking and baking, I don’t need bread, but the result, everything works out! Thank you all
