Goose stewed with cabbage in a multicooker Redmond RMC-01

Ingredients

Goose 500 BC
Cabbage 600-700 g.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Put the pieces of goose in a dry bowl, skin side down, turn on the "Steam" mode for 30 minutes and close the lid. Chop the onion, add to the goose, then grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add there. At the end of the "Steam" mode, add chopped cabbage, salt, pepper, add seasonings, mix, turn on the "Stew" mode for 2 hours and do not interfere with the process.

About 30 years ago, while visiting me, I was treated to this dish. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to repeat on the stove, in the oven, in a multicooker (different and in other modes). I did it with the addition of oil and (or) water ... It turned out tasty, but not that ... And now, finally, I made it in a low-power Redmond RMC-01. It turned out exactly what I have been striving for for so long! Try it too ...
