Easy Peach Cupcake

Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 150 g
Salt 1 pinch
Sugar 125 g
Butter 125 g
Egg 3 pcs.
Baking powder for the dough 1 tsp
bitter chocolate 25 g
Canned Peaches

Cooking method

  • Soften the oil at room temperature or in the microwave. Beat butter and sugar. Add, without stopping whisking, eggs one at a time and salt. Mix flour with baking powder and add to egg and butter mixture. Mix until smooth.
  • Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater and stir into the finished dough. Pour the dough into a mold or individual molds. Top the dough with canned peach slices.
  • Sprinkle the finished cooled cake with sah. powder.

Time for preparing:

minutes 25 until ready.

Cooking program:

Bake in preheated to 180 gr. With oven

Note
